“Why do people use this company there not a removals company they are a selling company who take your job charge a price and sell the job on to any man and van cowboy outfit I have 20 years experience with proper removal companies who have insurance polite staff the right vehicles for every job so stop being tight and do it right first time Don't go cheap and end up paying through your nose you've been warned anyvan are a clueless useless sales hub nothing to do with removals and never will be”

“Honestly, please never use this company, they take all the money before hand, they never complete the job, they leave it half done and then demand more money to complete the job. The management teams do not support their customers. Please be aware never use this company!!”

“Had van booked , booked day off work for it , van didn't arrive and nobody called to let me know , when I rang them they said van driver had let them down , no excuse as to why they didn't ring me , so lost a days money plus another day I will have to book off to get another van here, awful service, wasted my time and money!”

“Absolute rip off, for small moves. Company offers two packages, My was the smallest of small. Payed £334 to move 5 mins away, 2 bed flat to a 2 bed . No large white goods , very basic. 2 men, 4 hrs. Refused to take certain small items because they weren't listed on inventory. That needs to be added to the inventory or not taking, regardless of package price. Demanded £200 extra to take my tv stand, because he gets paid a pittance. Certain items I had to leave behind, to make up the difference of what he would take. Spoke in Polish to his colleague, I knew I was getting set up, to be ripped off. I offered them £50 and told them I was recording conversation. Iv never felt so intimidated, I'm a single mum. Disgraceful..... Avoid..”

“Booked with this company to transport 2 furniture items from Bristol to Blackpool..over the phone inquiry. Great customer service no hassle. Straight to the point booked and pd for...tracked the driver as well as being kept up to date with messages..even after a 6 hour drive .thr driver was extremely polite helpfull...the cost was very much cheaper than I expected .would highly recommend to any and all Thank you”

“made booking over phone AV7320237 to collect a multigym on a Wednesday. found out they overcharged me when I checked my bank account and phoned them back, they gave me refund for overcharge with no explanation why they took more than I agreed to. I phoned them again on Thursday to ensure the van would arrive in its slot on Friday morning. Told the original booker had not done this but that Alisha had now remedied this. Friday morning I am waiting at collection, no one comes and no contact from anyvan whatsoever. I phone them again and am told they are not turning up because they don't have a van 'allocated'. Wasted a morning waiting for them then rebooked for another day and then they tell me they cant pick up a multigym and 'processed' refund. I had to hire another van company which i could have done two days prior. Phoned again on Monday as still no sign of my refund they 'processed' previous Friday. I am told I will get my refund after 5 WORKING DAYS! They didn't do the job, overcharged me and got to hold onto my money interest free for more than a week! Very bad service, would give ZERO STARS. You can't speak to a manager (unless you want to wait for 48 hours) or the allocation team and if you make a complain with customer service they just make a note and state someone will get back to you (when?) IF they feel complaint is valid?! No accountability, be warned when you book that is NOT definite as they told me their terms and conditions (which are NOT read to you over the phone, you have to go on their website small print) allow them to accept your money and the job (so you don;t give it to someone else) and still refuse you the service if they can't get a van allocated no matter how many days in advance you make the booking. Take my advance go with a local company, this company is too big and complacent to care about your job or your time. Hope it goes bust but imagine they are cashing in on taking advances from customers then holding their money interest free before week long refunds.”

“Delivered a car to me from Birmingham last week Car had to go back today sadly because of faults which dealer accepted and refunded. Thankfully, Anyvan caused me no more stress this week and did the jobs without issue. Thank you to my drivers.”
