“Extremely disappointed! The team involved talked amongst themselves, excluding me from the majority of the process. To make matters worse, I've discovered that a box containing my personal laptop is missing and I'm having a job trying to track it down. Pre-delivery, the process seemed to work very well, but sadly all this good groundwork was let down on the day.”

“So easy to use, I was able to get a quote on line. I needed to check a couple of things and rang customer service who were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again if I require any items moved. It doesnt have to be a full load just a few items which was really helpful.”

“ANYVAN IS A COURIER BROKER Anyvan was tasked with a simple 3 seater sofa move from Highbridge to Newport. The job was booked for next day, I chose an open all day time slot, then paid them £130. The day of the move, nothing from Anyvan. 30 minute wait on the phone to speak to a foreign call centre with no managers or no direct ability to speak to anyone that can do anything apart from apologise for their appalling service. The day went on, no update of driver allocation. It got to the end of the day, after 3x phone calls from me to them asking for updates, to which the response was given of "our team are working on allocation now". The day ended without any contact from their company to me, all one way phone calls from me receiving empty promises and apologies. I then was told we will TRY again tomorrow, no guarantees. The next day comes, same as the day before, nothing from Anyvan. I called them and the driver had been allocated and was arriving 30 mins LATER than the ending time of the booking. They collect the sofa, but then, after all of this, demanded I pay an extra £24 as the sofa was a recliner. AFTER ALL OF THIS. I am now on hold and have been for 25 minutes, they are threatening to dump the sofa off on the side of the road unless I pay. I am the most fuming I have been for quite some time, a HORRIBLE joke of a service. Please, avoid this company if you can see this review. Pay ever so slightly more for a reputable company, not a Broker to the lowest bidder service.”

“Nicolae and his colleague were a great team. They managed to move all of our belongings and furniture with care and speed without any damage. Kind and courteous and really good value for money. We had a 2 hour arrival window and you can track the van and contact the driver if required. We chose the basic move so we packed and disassembled. Highly recommend. Thank you.”

“SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately used them to move a sofa. Both the sofa and door frame to the house were damaged by the “removal” crew who incidentally couldn’t speak a word of English. When challenged about the damage they shrugged got in their van and drove off. Tried to get compensation which is another scam and got no joy. Now left with £300 repair bill to a door and a torn sofa. Absolute cowboys”
