The price is good and booking is easy. However, it is very reliant on bots for customer service so, when there was a mistake made (a WhatsApp bot confirmed a change I had made to my booking but then it didn't go through), it can take a while to get through to a real person to sort it out. But the person did sort it out, thank you. The three guys who did the move were great. Very helpful and careful, and took a few extra boxes for me that I had planned to take in my own car. However, I wonder how much communication there really is about time slots. I booked a slot from 10am - 2pm and expected to be told a more specific window the day before. I was then told 12pm - 2pm. I live about 40 minutes drive from the pick-up point and planned to get there for 9.30am to do the final packing. At 8.30, the driver rang to say he would be there at 9. I said I could not be there for then and was told that he couldn't wait for me much after 9.45 because he had to go to London and would only be able to do my move on the way back, about 5pm. Luckily, I could leave my house pretty much straight away but it rather undermined the point of booking a specific time slot and planning for it, if it is just going to be disregarded within 24 hours of the allocated time-slot being confirmed. So, it worked out in the end and my move was done quickly and early but, if I had been on a school run or something like that, it wouldn't have worked out. People book time slots for a reason!

Have done 4 moves with anyvan first 2 were perfect I got lovely drivers that handled my things with care and were very friendly the 3rd move was so horrible it was shocking I vowed never to book with them again but they convinced me that they had booked professional people this time and my move this time would be discounted and priced matched as agreed. However the drivers grabbed things that we told them not to things that I had only realised they had taken at the end of my move when they were charging me for it. For a 2 small baby gates, a pushchair , car seat a mirror ( told them not to take ) and two very light bags that had duvets in it. Small things that aren’t taking any extra space in the van I was told to pay £486 these things aren’t even worth that ! And to top it off it was 11:30pm at night the drivers were saying they would discount it if I paid them in cash as i didn’t have that amount it was charged to my account; All my rent money gone on things not even worth that. To top it off my business printer completely ruined have lost an additional £1699 to replace it a box missing that I’ve contacted them about but they said the drivers took everything. But yet the box with my documents aren’t here so they’re basically calling me a liar filled out thier claims form but as usual when something is broken they take ages to investigate They need to be cleared on thier pricing let it be one price for the move because being charged that much for the most human thing forgetting a few bits and bobs from adding on their list is ridiculous go with a company clearer on thier pricing that’s gunna charge you one price for your move!

It was so straightforward to set up collection and delivery of my eBay purchase. And our driver, Paul, kept both the seller and I updated along the way and delivered with great care. 5 star service!

This was a disappointing experience and not worth the time or money. Thankfully, the driver was very friendly and easy to communicate with. However, my experience with the company, Anyvan, was very poor. It’s a shame the drivers aren’t supported by a better organisation.

Kapukire and his partner were very diligent and careful with every single item they moved for me. Couldn't be happier with the service. Friendly service and efficient delivery service to the other end. Everything was offloaded and moved with exactly the same care. Everything covered in blankets and drawers carefully taped with masking tape so they didn't open in transit. Careful with tv and treasured wooden items. Can't ask for a better service, great, thanks, will definitely use AnyVan again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely terrible company. Booked over the phone and they get here and say I only booked ground floor to ground floor. I was never asked how many floors or told there would be an extra charge for each floor. I had 13 pieces of furniture to be moved so not even a whole house move. Spoke to another company and was told anyvan are notorious for showing up and making excuses and not doing anything. They left without taking a single piece of furniture including anything actually from the ground floor and are refusing to refund. When we called to complain we were told they only have a 15 minute time slot to get furniture out of the house and then proceeded to stand on the phone for 50 minutes before leaving. They had seven other moves to do just that day which is ridiculous. They took videos as ‘evidence’ the house wasn't ready to move but took videos of furniture we were not even moving and not on the list of furniture I provided. Customer service team was completely useless and didn't care at all. If you are looking for movers and actually want them to do their job then do not book with Anyvan.

We completely recognise that moving is already a stressful and exhausting process, and having additional complications only makes it worse. After reviewing your booking and the circumstances on the day, there were several factors that affected our team’s ability to safely and efficiently complete the move. The booking stated that items were to be moved from the ground floor to the ground floor, but in reality, the move required furniture to be taken from the first floor. This difference is significant because it impacts the planning, equipment, and staffing needed to move items safely. In addition, some items were listed incorrectly in the booking; for example, your divan storage bed was recorded as a regular bed. Accurate details are crucial for our team to prepare and ensure items are handled properly. On the day of the move, many of the items were not prepared for removal. Clothes, bedding, bags, and toys were placed on or around the furniture, and obstacles such as cables, wet wipes, and other items blocked the pathways. Photos taken on-site show that key items like the armchair, TV stand, and divan bed were obstructed by other belongings, leaving no clear route for our team to safely move them. While we understand that homes are rarely perfectly organised during a move, these conditions created real safety hazards for our team and prevented them from completing the move. Our priority is always the safety of both our customers and our teams, as well as the protection of your belongings. In this instance, the conditions meant that the move could not be carried out safely. We sincerely apologise that this experience did not meet your expectations and we want you to know that your feedback will be used to improve how we guide and support customers in preparing their homes for a move. Customer service awful told I could make a complaint that I had not received my furniture but it would be the same outcome. Pay up extra money or they are basically holding my furniture to ransome! Absolute joke! Will not be using or recommending!

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been. The booking was made online independently, but the full address details were not provided. On the day of delivery, both the driver and our office attempted to contact you on the numbers listed but were unable to reach you. The driver waited in the area for over 30 minutes before moving on to complete the rest of their scheduled jobs for the day. The additional payment requested was to cover the extra time the driver spent waiting while you were unreachable, as well as the fuel and labour costs incurred for returning to the property. As per our terms: if a partner arrives at the delivery address and cannot gain access within 15 minutes, and the customer is uncontactable using the numbers provided, the partner may cease or cancel the service. In such circumstances, refunds are not applicable, and any outstanding payments become due immediately. We understand this was stressful and encourage customers to provide complete and accurate contact and address information when making a booking. Team where punctual and polite. There was an initial issue that was raisd by the removal team that was swiftly addressed by the ANYVAN office and the move went without any further interruption. The use of ANYVAN was considered good value for money. Would highly recommend.

AnyVan is terrible. They quoted a price and took our money. They were then closed over the weekend, and when Monday came we were able to contact them with a correction, as their website selected the wrong type of bed when the order was being put through. It was a disability bed, as my wife is disabled, but it's still lighter than a wooden bed frame of the same size, but that didn't show as an option when we were setting things up. They jacked the price up more than £80, and told us that since it was only two days until our scheduled move date on Wednesday they wouldn't refund our money if we canceled or wanted to change our order, as it was less than 3 days before the move, even though they're closed and unreachable on weekends. Worst moving company ever.
