“The size of this phone is good, and the buttons are easier than standard to use. Unfortunately there is one feature missing, which would be applicable to a number of users of this type of phone. That is to enable the insertion of a pause to access an outside line - in a care home for example, as my husband has to. He has great difficulty using any phone because of lack of dexterity and sensitivity, so needs to dial as few keys as possible. This phone seems not to allow him to put the access number then pause then the destination number all in the phone book.”

“I bought this cat for my husband who is in a care home due to his Alzheimer's and mobility issues. We used to have a cat. It has bought a smile to his face with the purring and meowing but the click clacking when it moves frightens him as he think it's going to attack him I sent an email about my concerns but only a couple of days ago so haven't had a reply yet”

We're very sorry to hear that this customer is unhappy with how their order progressed. Unfortunately due to a stock issue we did not have enough stock to dispatch their order. We contacted the customer to notify them of the delay. We have now completed delivery of this order, however we do apologise for the late delivery and the inconvenience this has caused.

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up the 'Trusted Caller Only' option on the TrueCall Secure unit and felt that the instructions for this were unclear. The settings can be changed in the handset menu and at the internet control panel and it explains how to do this in the instructions. We have fed back the customer's comments to the manufacturer who will review their instructions to see if they could be more clearly explained. Both ourselves and the manufacturer have UK customer service teams available who are happy to help anyone with the set-up of their kit.

“Love that I can adjust the size of the sections . Elderly mum on a lot of drugs ( some are large ) that have to be taken 3 times a day . They fit in perfectly and she can manage the sliding lids easily”

“This feels very substantial and really nice quality. The photo is easy to change and the settings are simple, the display is nice and large. My only problem was that my mother's eyesight is very poor and she can't read the display - I think if it had a backlight it would help (it wouldn't be a problem for most, just for those with particularly poor eyesight).”
