“These clocks are brilliant, bright and simple to read. Really helpful for my elderly parents who struggle with time of day and date. Set up was easy, you just plug them in and the date and time is correct. I saw cheaper versions of this clock on another platform and on social media but the reviews were not very good so I searched and found this company and these clocks and I’m glad i did because they are great.”

“The game was easy to order and delivered on time. It had not been clear that the Bingo cards were not included but needed to be downloaded from a CD and printed by the customer. We, certainly, no longer have a computer with a CD feature and nor does any of our family. Only after much searching among our friends did we find someone able to help and print for us. Not a great start to our purchase !!”

Information about downloading and printing the cards is show under the ‘Requirements’ section. We advise all our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased, then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy.

“Bought this for my mother who has vascular dementia. I was using an alarm clock but she couldn't remember what the alarm was for, so she just got up and turned it off! She now sees the message to take her tablets, which is working atm. Another one we use is 'Time to use your eye drops' I'm disappointed that there isn't a 'Time to take your inhaler' choice in the messages. I would have had the higher model, so that I could personalise the messages but it wasn't clear that that one was used with a subscription or not and it was rather a lot of money. I found it fairly easy to set up. It's helping to keep her living in her own home which is great. I would recommend it.”
