“Delivery good. Not sure the products I got will work for my mother in law with dementia. She is struggling with them”

Helpful Report

We're sorry to hear that our customer's mother is struggling with the products. Sometimes this can happen so we do have a 30-day no-hassle returns policy. We're more than happy to get any unsuitable products returned for a refund. Kind regards, the AlzProducts team

“Very pleased to find this product. I had ordered from another supplier whose website could not have been up to date as my order was cancelled without them notifying me. So a week later I was happy to receive this with no problems from AlzProducts. I am now able to speak to my Mum in her Care Home which compensates fir not being able to visit in the Lockdown.”

“Brilliant first-class service and one very happy 97-year-old who adores her cat! Thank you so much. Stay safe.”

“My elderly sisterinlaw always refused to engage until she found herself in hospital, well but incapacitated. Even she swiftly learnt to use it - it is so simple. I think it would be a great first phone for young children”

Helpful Report

“The quality of the Simple Music Player is excellent. The controls are very straightforward and the sound quality is very good. My only suggested improvement would be to provide more support in loading songs onto the player. If you have your music stored as MP3 files then this is very easy but converting other formats and sources of music can be tricky and requires additional software. Some technical support and direction for this process would be very welcome and would greatly enhance the overall AlzProducts service.”

“Bought a large buttoned telephone for my elderly parents, one of whom has dementia. It's a Geemarc Applidect and all good so far. Pleased with what it looks like and how it works. Mum and dad will find this more simple to use than there existing one. Delivery was quick. Service great. No negatives.”

Helpful Report

“Got this for mum who’s in a care home. Simple to set up and easy for mum to use. It’s a nice chunky, sturdy radio that has a retro look.”

Helpful Report

“This is a secure cover to prevent access to sockets. Seems durable, although using the key to open is a bit fiddly.”

Helpful Report

“Needed a replacement remote control but now very happy with purchase”

Helpful Report

“Great phone - my mother can use it and hear people on the other end. Something she could not do with the cordless phone we had before. Thank you.”
