I have no issue with AlzProducts as a supplier and thank Yvette for her professionalism in dealing with my post sales questions.
It is unfortunate that this device was unable to recognise my five years old Samsung A40 and while it may have been possible to find a workaround, this was not a guaranteed solution, Yvette promptly provided the necessary return authorisation and AlzProducts' refund was immediate.
