“Pretty straightforward to set up and use, however my mum has found the change from the complicated TV remote to the Flipper just as confusing as she doesn't recognise what the Flipper is. This is nothing to do with the product which works fine it's just something for other careers to hear in mind. Oh yes, the Flipper does NOT come with batteries.”
