“My mother's clock had stopped working and the staff were very helpful in suggesting what the problem could be. In this case a new power cable was needed due to the many times the clock had been turned on and off. Less than a fiver plus p&p and new cable arrived a couple of days later. My mother is very happy to have her clock back working.”

“I am in Sydney, Australia, and ordered a day and date clock for my elderly father who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and who also has severe eyesight issues. The clock arrived safe and sound from the UK and was even set to the correct Sydney time. Dad can see it without the use of glasses or a magnifying glass, and there should now be no confusion as to what day of the week it is. I am very grateful for the assistance provided, including answers to my emails enquiring about the product.”

“My mother is 94 lives alone is registered severely sight impaired is quite deaf and has some dementia but still lives alone. I bought her the calender clock a year ago which has kept her in the day to day living but now her eyesight is worse and cannot see it, I gave her the talking clock which still keeps her up to date and time. this is fundamental to sense of the here and now. These two products have been a life saver to her, the products and very well made and the service from Alzproducts is most efficient and helpful. I am very grateful to them for devizing such equipment to enable my mother to remain independant.”
