“My Father in Law is approaching stage 7 of dementia. He is a very intelligent man. I bought puzzles and the games but he is still able to understand that it is not for him. He is bored and I was trying to find solutions for the winter months at home. No problem we will continue talking, outings and playing the piano....”

“My mum has Alzheimer's and recently had the fire brigade out after over-heating a meal in her microwave. This product has allowed me to get a new microwave and restrict access to it. Only issue is the locking mechanism doesn't work properly, the case does not spring open when it is supposed to and the key and casing have to be wrestled with to get it open. Carers are struggling with this but otherwise this is a brilliant thing to have as it will allow my mum a little more time to live in her own home.”

We're sorry to hear that this customer experienced a late delivery for their order. I've investigated this and can see that this was due to a rare stock error on our system. As soon as this was realised we emailed the customer to let them know they would be a short delay whilst we completing the order, and also refunded their delivery charge in full as an apology for the delay.
