“I was very pleased with the surveyors report. It was well presented and identified important areas that needed to be addressed if I was to continue with the purchase. Photographs of the different areas of the house helped to understand the surveyors professional assessment. For peace of mind it was well worth the money in such a stressful process in buying a house!”

“Just one negative thing to say is that after arranging to meet the surveyor at the end of the building survey to discuss the results, I turned up at the agreed time to find the surveyor had already gone.....the office had not told him about the appointment! However, the surveyor did phone me later that day to discuss the findings. The 73 page report that arrived 4 days later was extremely thorough and detailed with clear photos to refer to, also providing advice and even rough estimates of the cost of the recommended work. I would definitely recommend Allcott Associates as overall, the service provided was excellent and good value for money.”

“Allcott Associates is a most professional and efficient firm of structural engineers/surveyors, I have recommended them most highly for the past few years and the feedback from clients has been positively glowing. I would not contemplate buying a house without their advice. They are the best I have come across.”

“The full structural survey was less comprehensive than homebuyer surveys i have had done in the past. I had to chase up when it would be ready despite claiming a 72 hour turnaround - then sent 2 versions (1st didnt include valuation). But they were kind enough to email me these as well as send out the complete version in the post. Disappointed as the actual customer service with the ladies in the office was fantastic; shame this did not translate to the end product.”

“I use Allcott Associates regularly for property surveys and have always found the service provided excellent value for money. I simply inform Allcott Associates of the property we wish to have surveyed and they liase with the selling agent to make an appointment. The finished survey report then gets emailed across to me and a hard copy also gets sent in the post. The standard of their reports are very detailed and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a homebuyer's report/survey etc.”
