“This is the second time in a year we've used Allcott Associates to carry out a survey for a home purchase and they be been extremely helpful, communicative and the survey we received has been very detailed and informative. They also took the time to explain areas of concern and were really approachable, which is very much appreciated during the tough time of buying a new house! Thanks to Judy, Timothy and the team.”

“the only thing that i was unhappy with was that my address was included in the report when all i wanted was it to be sent to me as the report was done for my mother who is selling the house , the estimated costing of the repairs at the end as this was a report to tell us if the poperty was not subsiding and we are the sellers mot the buyers”

“Allcott recently conducted a full building survey for a property I am buying. I would highly recommend using Allcott, I am a first time buyer and they have been great, they have offered great advice, very friendly, responded quickly, booked in the onsite survey the day I make an inquiry, I only had to wait less than a week to receive the report. The report was very detailed and clearly demonstrated their knowledge and experience. Thank you for your service Judy and Tim.”

“The report was set out very well, and was punctuated with photographs with made it easy to understand. It would have been nice to have some sort of summary table with a scoring (traffic light system) maybe. We asked a question and the surveyor actually went back to the site to confirm, but explained it perfectly and was obviously very knowledgeable.”

“I telephoned the office after speaking to my insurance company that advised me what survey to ask for. Once contacted the service was very easy to arrange. Everything was explained to me and the person who came to do the survey arrived on time. Information received both on the day and then confirmed in the report was clear and concise. Overall the service was faultless and I was left with a good professional impression.”

“There was a brief mis-communication right at the start, but once my e-mail had been corrected it all went extremely smoothly. The report was very thorough, photos of the areas of concern really helped me visualise the defects mentioned. The report was ready very quickly, and I was able to proceed quickly with my house purchase”

“Superb service that was professional, friendly and wonderfully caring. As a previous customer I was given a preferential rate and then, when my purchase fell through the day after the survey took place, the team gave me a part-refund in recognition of the fact the job had been terminated before completion.
