“Only time will tell, of course, but already at this stage the clarity and thoroughness of the home survey supplied by Allcott Associates suggest that it is most unlikely that anything will have been missed that should have been brought to our attention. “Theres and old business acronym I was once encouraged to use as a basis for running my business-OTIF. On time and in full. Alcott lived up to this by doing what they said they were going to do, when they were going to do it. I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. To top it all off they were very competitive on their price too.”

“Absolutely superb, cannot fault at all. I was told not to bother with a survey and I am so glad I did, paid for itself by getting things fixed that I would have been unaware of! So through and very knowledgeable surveyor who explained things in simple terms. Solid advise, he even answered emails after the report even when he was out of office! Extremely professional, I will be recommending to family and friends.”

“Admin and contact excellent. Actual report satisfactory but perhaps too much surveyor's jargon. Disappointing that I had to ask about treatment for weather boadingn, but otherwise very detailed.”

“We needed to survey a house which were planning to buy. Allcott associates were recommended by our friends who were very pleased with their services. Allcott associates were very professional, quick to respond. The survey was conducted to a very standard and the report was very clear and in detail. The builder whom we had used earlier to give us an opinion was quite surprised to see the report that Mr Kelly (chartered surveyor) had picked up some very important structural issues which the builder had missed. All in all, we are very pleased with the overall service provided by Allcott associates. We strongly recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy a house / property but not sure if it the property is in good order. For peace of mind and reassurance, please use services of Allcott associates, they are simply the best in what they do.”

“Very happy with the service, thank you. I shopped around for a number of quotes for a Building Report and Allcott Associates, whilst not the cheapest, were competitive. Communication via email was very good and we were kept informed throughout. Would recommend to others.”

“The specialist survey (for internal wall cracks) was scheduled rapidly and carried out efficiently. The surveyor provided a timely report and also useful verbal comments which reassured us and enabled us to plan how to proceed with preparations for marketing the house. The cost of the survey was very reasonable.”

“Had a full structural survey conducted, which was delivered punctually and was brilliantly comprehensive. It was easy to understand, very through and the use of photographs to illustrate findings made it easy to understand. Would thoroughly recommend these guys, helpful, punctual and factual. Great service.”

“The report seemed to be thorough and covered everything I could think of. I had a query after the survey was carried out as I subsequently received the results of the searches. I phoned the surveyor and he was ver helpful about my query (about the possibility of subsidence).”

“I was dissapointed at the absense of any telephone contact from the surveyors or his office during the process.I would have liked at least some contact from the surveyor as soon as the inspection was completed to indicate good,bad or indifferent,if only from a customer relations point of view.The telephone contact with the office I didn't feel was very personable and could have been more friendly rather than just informative.Despite having requested a house and replacement valuation when instructing the survey and again later when requesting an update I was told,when I chased the report again,that the system wasn't showing this and the report would be further delayed in order to get this information from the surveyor. On the plus side.The lady I spoke to last,when I was told the valuation information had not been given I suspect did expedite matters as I recieved he emailed report the following morning.Thank you to her (didnt get the name). Perhaps most importantly I found the report excellent...very comprehensive,fully illustrated and easy to understand.Reccommendations and Opinions with solicitor requirements gave me a sense of reassurance...which is what I wanted when deciding to pay for a full report ,so thank you again for that. With a little bit of tweaking on the customer relations and improving the report turnaround time I would score Allcotts much higher.”
