“The boiler had a serious defect report but had actually been serviced within the correct period. I think it should have been checked with the owner before giving a serious defect report. Also there were some admittedly borderline cosmetic, but enough to need remedy, defects we noticed that were not even mentioned.”

“Allcott were able to carry out the survey for a house I am buying very quickly. The report was excellent and I would recommend instructing Allcott privately for a home buyers survey as not only are they cheaper but they are much more professional.”

“We received a quick, competitive quote and the survey was carried out very quickly. The surveyor was happy to meet us after the survey was conducted and showed us around the property raising any concerns that were then written in a comprehensive report. Would recommend. Thank you.”
