“I live out of the area I am wanting to purchase but was recommended and am extremely satisfied with the survey you carried out for me So much care taken to detail also pictures included and opinions given Absolutely no doubt about recommending the company to anyone Just to say "thank you so much" a very happy customer”

“I'm still waiting for the survey which I was promised would arrive by today (and the post has been and gone, and there is nothing in my email box)! I can't really give a rating therefore, although poor might be appropriate at this moment. Roger White”

As discussed, we were unable to access the property on the day of the survey due to the tenant. We then made very effort to make up this time by working out of hours to ensure that your report was issued asap.

“I was very pleased with the Building Survey report i had recently. The quantity and quality of the photographs were very good. The overall layout was of a high standard. I would not hesitate to use Allcott Associates LLP again and i would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking this sort of service.”

“Even though from my initial instructions for a survey until the time the report was sent was around 3 weeks, I found Allcotts very professional and helpful throughout. Also their quotes for surveys came in cheaper than most. I would definitely recommend.”

“This is the 6th property I have bought in the last 5 years and I always use Allcotts. The report is detailed but written in a way that someone not in the business would understand. I find the reports invaluable when buying property for investment as it gives me a summary and estimated costs and timeline for work to be done.”

“Dear Allcott Associates, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service I have received. From the very start I have been impressed with the professionalism, quality and speed of your work. As this was a maisonette there was potential difficult accesses to the rear of the property, but this was foreseen by yourselves and Judy was prompt and professional on the phone to organise appropriate access with both myself and the estate agent. Judy provided me with confidence that the survey would be carried out thoroughly. I have been extremely impressed by the quality of the report carried out by Peter. This is easy to read and the detailed photographs have been hugely valuable in both providing my own written record of the property, but thy have also facilitated negotiations in the price. I had been given the previous survey report for this property and I have to say that the survey provided by Peter is superb in comparison, he fully went into the loft spaces, outside areas and even covered the basement flat, which is so reassuring when you are buying a flat in a period property. I can't thank you enough for your survey and taking this stress out of buying a property, I will be recommending you to all of my friends and colleagues in Bristol.”

“Everyone i spoke with was more than helpful and they fitted in my survey within a week of my request. I received the report a few days later and was very impressed with the standard and detail that it went to. For the price the company charge the report was far more than i expected and most helpfully included detailed photos of the areas being discussed. I cannot recommend this company enough.”
