“We recently had a level 3 survey carried out by Chris and were extremely impressed with the service. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and highlighted all the key points we needed to be aware of. We also received the full results within 48hrs of inspection taking place. We would highly recommend Allcott Associates LLP to anyone needing a Level 3 survey.”

“Tim conducted a level 3 survey for our newly purchased period property last week. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous and gave us sound and reassuring advice on priorities for maintenance and remedial work. The survey report was available within 48 hours and this was detailed and comprehensive. The company is excellent with highly efficient administrative staff who kept me informed of updates and important communications, including updated arrival times etc. Would very much recommend both Tim and the company in general.”

“Allcott Associates LLP were brilliant with their response time. We had noticed several issues one of which seemed structural and required attention for our peace of mind. We ordered a full survey. Surveyor Paul Barrett arrived promptly on site, we had a discussion around what we had noticed and felt needed looking at and Paul then proceeded with the survey. Paul was very personable, thorough and the report was with us within 3 days. Would highly recommend and like to thank Allcott Associates and Paul and will definitely use them if needed in the future.”

“I was very impressed with the service received from Paul Barrett and his colleagues. I was kept fully updated throughout and the report arrived very quickly after the inspection (inspection Thursday, report received Monday). The report itself is presented in a very clear and user friendly way, but without losing any of the detail needed. It is comprehensive and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.”

“We had a specific timeframe for getting our survey done and Allcott worked around our date. The surveyor (Paul Barrett) was prompt, courteous and explained everything to us in terms that we could understand. The report came through just a couple of days after the survey. Very good service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - and use them again if I needed to.”

“I booked a Level 3 Survey with Allcott and I got an appointment within 2 weeks and I got the report within 2 days after the survey. Survey was done by Jason and he was really thorough with this report. Everything was mentioned in detail. It really helped me in making a right decision regarding the house. I went back and forth with a lot of questions and Jason was always kind and patient in answering all my questions. I also added Valuation last minute after the survey was done and they did it in the same price. I am very pleased with the service in terms of price and efficiency both.”

“Amazing service from start to finish! We are first time buyers and had a building survey (RICS 3) done for our house. Allcott offered a very competitive quote, and was super professional, prompt and efficient to arrange the survey dates. The report was very thorough and very clear. The descriptive style and the photos throughout really helped us understanding everything clearly and it was engaging to read. Our survey was done by Simon, and he was incredibly kind and helpful with follow up questions, having two follow up phone appointments where he took the time to answer my questions in details and provide advice. We had to specifically request a valuation and a hard copy sent, but those were included in the price upon request, which I think is a very good efficiency and environmental practice. Thank you again Allcott and specifically Simon for helping us so much!”

“I contacted Allcott's to obtain a level 3 survey on a property I am buying. The office got back to me almost immediately, and I was able to get a date in the diary straight away. Everything went to plan, and within a few working days of the survey taking place I was in possession of a highly detailed and very informative report. I found every member of Allcott's staff from the office to the surveyor to be very responsive and professional, and I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Being a first time buyer of an older property I did quite a bit of research on surveyors before I choose Allcott Associates. Their reviews I read were very positive and in my experience were spot on. The team responded very quickly and they relayed my questions regarding the property to the surveyor. Mr Paul Cunniff conducted a Level 3 inspection in a very timely manner and I received his report in just a few days. Paul answered all the questions I had and provided a very detailed report which was very easy to follow. He also provided recommendations and timelines of how to maintain the property to its current standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Allcott Associates and/or Paul - they provided a fantastic, attentive service - Many thanks to them both.”
