“Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have asked for more. We received a detailed report with photographs of any issues. Reasonable prices were quoted allowing us to use this professional advice to budget for our new home. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing a surveyor. Very reasonably priced and well worth the money we saved nearly £3500 by using this survey to amend our offer! We received our report within 7 days of them conducting the survey.”

“We are buyers from the US and we contacted Allcott through their website and email. They performed a Level 3 survey which was extensive and thorough. The report came back quickly via email and a hard copy followed a few days later to the US. The report contained several recommendations for allowances and we would highly recommend ALLCOTT to anyone seeking a survey on a property purchase. Credit card payment was simple and fast.”

“I’ve used Allcott twice now after a recommendation from a friend. They’re very fast, thorough report with lots of detail and photographs. I also got a call the day of the survey for a top level summary! I’d certainly recommend and use Allcott again!”

“I used the online questionnaire to get a quote for a structural survey. I was given a quote in a generated email and I rang the designated number to book a survey. I was informed that they only covered the Midlands. Could you please change your quotation form, stating this, so that the user has clarity on what service is actually available.”

Hi - I confirm that we have offices accross the country. We book jobs in on a first come, first served basis and on this occasion you required a survey within only 2 days of instcutuion, which were unable to accomodate in your area.
