“We had a level 3 Building Survey completed by Allcott’s. It was a very detailed survey in language we were able to understand. Shared it with some building contacts who advised it was one of the best surveys they had seen. The surveyor also went out of his way to confirm some questions we had for them.”

“A very professional and thorough detailed report, I also have to give kudos to the surveyor (Stuart) went the extra mile, gave me a call, and summarised his key findings before the official report. This was really helpful for me to proceed with discussions with the buyer, this is indeed good practice and gives customers a heads-up on what's planned to be documented in the final report. For sure, I will be using them again.”

“Took 280 pound for a survey never bothered to turn up to do it all I have from office is an email saying it will be felt with on 15 ausgust and when phoned told someone would ring back never have terrible I have clearly been ripped off. My opinion a bunch of cowboys”

“From contacting Tim at Allcott Associates to receiving the final survey report was a dream for us considering the current situation in the housing market. We had contacted many surveyors to get quotes, help and advice on moving forward with a survey but very few even bothered to respond. Tim and his team were efficient both with us as the buyer and with the vendors arrangements. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Thanks Tim and team for a great job done.”
