“Very good and thorough report. Prevented us from buying a money pit. Will definitely use them again when I eventually purchase. The only downside was they used a surveyor that was on holiday after completing the report so was no available to answer any questions for well over a week. I recommend that when they select a surveyor in the future that they check their availability after the report is released.”

“Reassuringly thorough and comprehensive building survey and structural engineering survey. The surveyors were very professional and personable and the office team were friendly and efficient in setting up the site visits. It is a great help to have a clear picture of the condition of the property and what exactly needs doing and to have it laid out so precisely.”

“After a lack of response from the Leeds office, Timothy Allcott stepped in and quickly arranged a building survey for us, at a very fair price. The survey was thorough, with several helpful photographs. Good 'remedial' service, and a good final product.”

“I found that arranging a survey with this Company a very easy, straightforward process by telephone. I was proposing to buy a residential property which I was aware needed a comprehensive programme of refurbishment. I chose a Buildings Survey which, costing only £50 more than a Home Buyers Survey, I felt would give me the in depth details which I required. The survey was carried out about 10 days later, with the resulting report arriving the following week via e-mail, although I did request and receive a paper copy a few days later. The report was very comprehensive, 75 pages, including plenty of photographs, expert recommendations for repairs or replacements and a practical valuation. I was delighted at its thoroughness which enabled me to decide upon my course of action. The staff I spoke to were polite, friendly and most helpful. I would certainly have no hesitation in recom-mending Allcott Associates to others proposing to buy a residential property.”
