“I bought the item (Dubarry Antrim boots) and paid for 3-5 working days delivery, and was told I would receive notification when they would be despatched. I heard nothing and messaged A Farley a couple of times asking for an update. To be fair, I sent them to the sales address, but my messages should still have elicited a reply. I did get a response once I messaged customer service. The 3-5 workings days should have seen my order arrive Weds - Fri last week. They arrived the week after, on the Tuesday. So what? some might think. The ‘so what’ is my boots arriving late, and not much urgency behind responding to my request for an update. You buy something, you expect someone to even pretend that they care. Not great. In comparison with other companies, somewhat behind in delivering a decent customer service, is my take on it.”

“Boots are very nice Had problem with delivery from DPD 4 days late Representative from A Farley was helpful. Try to get through on the phone was hard going 20 min wait time . But overall I'm happy”

“I recently purchased 2 pairs of Durbarry boots from A Farley Country Attire and the service I received from them was first class. I telephoned them regarding my boots and they were able to answer my query within a few seconds, I was not put on hold nor did they have to transfer me. The young lady I spoke to was very professional and told me that one pair of my boots was on a next-day delivery and the other pair was on a 3-5 working day. The next day delivery arrived and the other pair was received before the 5 working day. All in all, I was very impressed and will order through A Farley again.”
