“Recently purchased an RM Williams belt. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock but I had a phone call the next day. A belt was ordered and amazingly arrived with me in just a few days. Excellent service and thank you”

“Bought a size 10 boots which is the size I have bought before but they were too large. It cost me over £8 to return them so I think I’ll leave it there rather than risk having to return it again.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the Le Chameau dog coat. I have never found one that's a good (or even reasonable) fit for my Cocker Spaniel as they've either been too long or too short and I spent ages messing around shortening/lengthening the straps around her chest. This one fits her like it was tailor made for her and she looks very smart too! Brilliant, thank you.”

“When purchasing the site suggested next day delivery Once in the process of purchasing it only offer standard 5-7 “working” days. A time limit used to the maximum. I emailed to chase order and was given a flippant response about standard delivery times which I found disappointing. Items arrived after a trip I wanted then for, 7 to 8 days after ordered. (Not sure exactly, I was away!) I will avoid using in the future unless A Farley is the only place selling an item”

“I can't give an accurate star value as they wildly went from hopeless to very good. First up they advertised a sale when the current price for my selected garment was £30 cheaper. This was literally overnight. Then they said (good) I could have my garment at the lower price. Getting better. Then I ordered my selected garment at the HIGHER price; in order to get it at 15% off which made the difference negligible. Good. Then (bad), I ordered a nice, expensive lumberjack shirt. 10% off. The original item was on next day delivery. The shirt was not. Meaning; I did not get my original order (a Barbour) as it was held back pending the arrival of the shirt coming into stock. So: if you order two items just check the delivery times. Then; (excellent). Holly and Phoebe sorted this all out. I got my Barbour the next day. Then the shirt a few days later. Result: they are a good company with excellent customer service. I would use them again.OK 5 star customer service. Managers need to be more aware. 2 star management saved by your brilliant CS.”
