“The trousers seem to be excellent, although I have not tried them on yet. I shall probably not be wearing them until next Spring since we are now getting well into the Autumn and these Chinos are for warmer days. I have always had a high opinion of Bruhl Trousers as well as Meyer. Thank you again for the prompt delivery.”

“Poorly packaged item considering the value of the Jacket I bought. No paperwork so no idea how to return item. You also have to pay for returns. Pretty poor as you can’t exchange items , so I have had to buy 2 jackets to get the size and pay postage twice. Pretty rubbish service really when I have spent nearly £500.”

All of our returns information can be found on our website, along with our returns forms which can be downloaded by a clickable link. The reason we do not do exchanges, is we believe it is the best interest for the customer and a lot quicker process, to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. “I placed an order for my holiday on September 9th with delivery stated 3-5 working days. The garments were finally delivered on October 2nd - 2 days after I got back from holiday. So they are no longer of any use to me and in addition I have to pay £8.95 to return them ! Really poor service.”

“I bought the item (Dubarry Antrim boots) and paid for 3-5 working days delivery, and was told I would receive notification when they would be despatched. I heard nothing and messaged A Farley a couple of times asking for an update. To be fair, I sent them to the sales address, but my messages should still have elicited a reply. I did get a response once I messaged customer service. The 3-5 workings days should have seen my order arrive Weds - Fri last week. They arrived the week after, on the Tuesday. So what? some might think. The ‘so what’ is my boots arriving late, and not much urgency behind responding to my request for an update. You buy something, you expect someone to even pretend that they care. Not great. In comparison with other companies, somewhat behind in delivering a decent customer service, is my take on it.”
