“Purchased Mayer jeans at better price than other outlets. Free postage ( In Northern Ireland outlets can charge up to £5.00) Arrived within time frame.”

“I was after a Magee Donegal coat for a while, luckily found with A Farley Leicester, ordered it and was told that it’ll be delivered within 4-7 working days,it arrived by the 5th day. Thankyou , was also given a discount, which was a bonus. I’ll definetly use them again👍🏼”

“My order took nearly 3 weeks to come and was only finally delivered after me phoning twice to see what was going on. Then didn’t receive the free gift that should have come with original order. Since this they have now been in touch and rectified my complaint. Very happy and will be a returning customer.”

“Prior to December 23, I would have said A Farley offer good value and service. However on 5th December, I ordered 3 items on a 5 day delivery basis. 2 arrived between Christmas and New Year and the 3rd is still outstanding as of today (25 January 24).”

“Ordered three trousers to be delivered to Portugal. I never got an order confirmation from Farley. Had to chase delivery 10 days after I ordered it. Then the saga began as the goods were detained at Lisbon FedEx depot. It took nearly 50 emails to get the goods released. FedEx informed me that Farley hadn't sent the correct export invoice. I finally requested this from Farley and the goods were released. At no point did Farley want to resolve the situation on my behalf. And to cap it all, my order which cost £399 was then charged a further €239 by FedEx to release the goods. Thoroughly disappointing and expensive experience.”
