“This company has been brilliant I purchased the wrong boots but there was no hesitation when I contacted them they immediately sent details of how to return and even sent the correct boots out the next day a very smooth transaction fantastic service the correct wellingtons are a Christmas present for our daughter so they will be keeping her warm and try during the winter at the stables thank you once again.”

“Waited an eternity for my super simple order, after a period beyond the guaranteed delivery time the wrong size jeans turned up. Then had to fight to get them free returned. All i want now is a refund and i’ll buy them in town. Frankly I expected more for £240 jeans!”
