“I bought a pair of Men’s Ariat boots with steel toe, size 8 (my normal Ladies size) and they are Fabulous. From the moment I put them on - extremely comfortable under foot and the topper- slightly lower than other boots, and looser around the ankle but I got used to them v soon. I have plantar fasciitis and have had no issues at all with the comfort of the sole. Highly recommended. Swift delivery.”

“Prompt delivery. Boots are very nice but unfortunately are too big so will be returning. I’m a size 5 & that’s what I bought so I would say they come up slightly bigger”

“I ordered a pair of Meyer trousers, unfortunately in my rush to place the order before going on holiday I clicked on the wrong size. Thankfully I realised my error and emailed Farley's to see if the order could be changed. All sorted, they confirmed the required size would be shipped. When I returned from holiday I was disappointed to find they had shipped the wrong size, even thought he despatch note clearly indicates the size that it was changed to. Their refunds process requires one to pay £8.95 to get a returns label, as it was entirely their fault I phoned to request a free label - it took 20 minutes to get through, although I was supposedly first in the queue. Not a great experience at all, a doubt very much I will use this company again as this is the second issue with sizing in two two purchase - 100% failure rate.”

“Twelve months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but their service has 'slipped' and their Customer Service Department is a totally unreliable joke. When contacted, they will tell you what they think you want to hear, rather than the real situation with your order, or enquiry.”
