“Good morning. I recently decided to purchase a belt (R.M.Williams) as a gift, having worn them myself for years. I had not dealt with A.Farley Attire before. The delivery was quoted as 2-5 working days. Having not acquired a tracking number after 3 days I elected to email to be certain the quoted time would be fulfilled. No more than 5 minutes had elapsed before I was sent a return email by Livvy Elliot (Customer Service Advisor). Reassuring me that all was in order. If only the response time was matched with all enquiries to other companies, how refreshing that would be. Thank you to A.Farley and especially to Livvy Elliot. Very impressed.”

“Sorry unable to review as I ordered it on behalf of someone else but I would say very poor packaging for something that cost £90”

Our belts are normally bubble wrapped and placed in an outer packaging bag for protection, but we’ll certainly review this with our warehouse team to see how we can improve. “Customer Service- I have been dealing with Livvy Elliot regarding the purchase of a pair of Ariat western boots, unfortunately the size i requested is out of stock, Livvy without hesitation stated that you have a pair a half size larger that they could send to me and if they were not suitable i could have a full refund and free return P&P. Livvy also agreed to make sure that the boots arrive after I have returned from a long weekend away rather than they be left somewhere for 5 days. I found Livvy to be very polite, friendly and helpful in a way that would make me want to buy from you again.”

“Although my boots were a perfect fit, unfortunately the wait time and the delivery let you down I was not kept in touch with the change of my delivery from DPD to Royal Mail which was snail mail.”

“I ordered a pair of boots from A Farley which were cheapest on internet,I got a extra 10% as a first customer so can’t complain.Free delivery which took the 7 days as stipulated so can’t grumble .I Would highly recommend this company 👍”
