Very easy to order, I did need to contact support (for a question) and they (Livvy) were very responsive and very quick to reply. My order is out for delivery so expect it even quicker than advertised. Eveything very good so far - will only update if any thing goes wrong - which I don't expect!

really good company to deal with - I had a couple of questions these were answered promptly and assisted me to final decisons. Parcel was delivered on the day stated and quality was second to none

Excellent and efficient service. This was the first time I had ordered from this company. Order was placed yesterday afternoon and arrived around 11 am this morning, ie less than 24 hours from order to getting the goods. I was sent plenty of updates on the delivery so always knew what was going on. Wonderful service and I will certainly use this company again if needed.

The website was good and quick and it was easy to purchase the product on the payment forms i had an email imeadiatley informing me the purchase would be deivered in 5-7 days. After 10 days i had a conversation with a chat bot that went round in circles. until it said would i like the customer service team to contact me.. i had an email conversation with the customer service team and i was a ssured i would have it in a couple of days. That time went by and i emailed the customer service team. NO reply, Finally a couple of days later i had an email from a delivery company saying thye would deliver my purchase. It was to late i had already gone away The issue is you cannot talk to anyone in the company and the they never kept me informed on any dealys and did not repond to my email. They have alot of competion out there so next time i will use them and see how they perform. this will be my first and last purchase from A farley

First time I've used Farley and I've been very pleased I bought some gloves they fit perfect ideal for my shooting days delivery was great on time to shout out to royal mail ill be using Farley again in future

I purchased a couple of items in the sale which were very well priced. I had a small issue when trying to apply further discount codes but Livvy responded to my email very quickly and the matter was easily resolved. First class customer service and my purchases also arrived quickly. Happy to recommend.
