“Ordered boots, which incidentally, I’m thrilled with. However, since I’d had no tracking information or delivery information, I tried phoning, and found that the phonelines are not answered. Presumably because of the volume of queries? I was emailed and told that the boots were arriving a week later on the Friday. Come the Friday, the chat bot told me that they hadn’t been dispatched yet. So I sent a mildly shirty email and to my surprise, the boots were dispatched, although my email wasn’t actually answered. The boots arrived the next day on the Saturday. I assume that the difficulty is a large volume of orders. Not sure if I’d order again.”

“I bought the Harkila bino harness from A Farley and I have to say, the quiality is excellent. The opening and closing of the pouch is far superior to my previous harness, and virtually silent, which is obviously key to stealthy use. The loyalty scheme at A Farley enabled me to get this at an unbelievebale price too.”

“Boots are great, delivery very slow, communication bad until the boots were sent. Nearly put a paypal refund through, then boots were on the way. Delay would be fine if communication was better.”

“No interest in real customer service, as no means of speaking directly to a customer just live chat or email. Tried to use my new customer discount without success on purchase. Boots too big and on trying to return 28 days after purchase, impossible by email to activate return. Live chat apologised profusely, agreed I was in time and gave me an email address. No reply for two days and email saying I was now out of time and return not possible. Phone number given to discuss but only, when called, directing me to same live chat and email. I now have an unwearable pair of boots I, apparently, can no longer return. I'm guessing this is the last I will hear from you but it is certainly the last time I will buy from you unless someone will stand by their assurances. I note communication by telephone is possible. It is not.”
