Ordered Chicago and Oslo trousers for my husband. Chicago good fit, but the Oslo cut was not suitable and needs to be returned. Unfortunately there was no return slip in the package and I've not had a reply to my recent email yet requesting one to be sent to me. So you lost a star. Please reply soon!

Do not believe the falsehood about 24 hour DPD delivery. I ordered 3 items which the Farley website assured me at every stage would be delivered next day. Having not received even a dispatch email after 3 days, I enquired on the phone, only to be told that my order was on a 5 day dispatch service. The delay was not the courier, it was Farleys not even shipping it. Sadly, I wanted the clothes I'd ordered in time to take them with me on holiday, which was now not going to be the case, so effectively, Farleys had taken my money under false pretences. I pointed this out to the customer services person, who said she would raise the matter with their website and marketing team. I notice today that their website still states everything will be delivered in 24 hours, so I guess they are still happy to take everyone else's money under false pretences too.

After purchasing numerous items online from A Farley I dropped into the shop on my way to a shoot in Scotland and found the staff to be very polite, attentive and helpful. I can fully understand that the shop cannot stock all items, and I didn't get what I was after, but that wasn't a big issue for me. It was good to see your staff face to face and speak to them. They were still extremely helpful throughout.

I have not yet received the item I ordered. This was clearly out of stock when I ordered it but I wasn't advised of this at the time. It came back into stock while I was on holiday and DPD attempted to deliver it twice. Their website now shows 'return to consignor'.

Thank you for your review and for placing an order with A Farley. We have tried to contact you providing the contact number on your order but unfortunately the number is not recognised. Your order was dispatched and out for delivery within the advised time frame. Looking at the DPD tracking for you order we can see DPD tried to deliver on 2 separate occasions. Unfortunately on both occasions you were not in to accept delivery. DPD then requested further information from yourself but sadly this was not provided. For this reason, DPD returned the parcel to us ('consignor'). Once we received the item back, we dispatched the item again to you and can see since it has been received. Ordered a new pair of Dubarrys after my 17-year-old pair finally gave up the ghost. Price was really good and boots arrived the next day. Couldn't be happier and just in time for the wet weather. Thank you!
