“This was my first experience of buying on line from Farley, and I was most pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to navigate and to use, and my order was filled accurately and quickly. Delivery was faultless. I shall be back!”

“I recently made an order. After a reasonable amount of time, the order never shipped and I made multiple attempts to contact you. After getting no reply, I called my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I notified your company of this, and to let you know to cancel the order. Only then did I get a response that the order had already shipped! I had to pay to return it by post.”

“I ordered a pair of Hoggs shire boots in a size 11, I needn't received them for virtually 2 weeks after I ordered them, I had no correspondence to let me know the progress on the delivery, I called twice but gave up and emailed instead to find out when I could expect to see them. They arrived a day or two later. I've since had to return the boots as they're too snug on me, and the next size up is out of stock. I'm a bit disappointed that the boots took so long to arrive, but also that I didn't receive a reply to my email chasing the boots.”

Thank you for your review. We can see you rejected your order due as you did not want to pay customs which is a requirement of your shipping location. For this reason you could not receive your order as duty taxes were not paid and therefore your order returned via the courier company. Kind regards, A Farley Country Attire

“I contacted customer services and yet to receive a reply. The order was a gift and the packaging looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse. Whilst to shoes are fine, the customer service lacks.”

“Site easy to use, two items of feedback is that it took around 5/6 days for any postal information to come and some days later I received goods which is much longer than stated on your site. The packaging was open when received and the delivery guy had to guess if the boot bag was indeed pars of the delivery. But great site great products and I will be back.”

“I ordered some shoes for my husband for our daughter's wedding. It was slightly delayed but when I called they were extremely helpful and said the shoes would be in by the end of the week and would send them out next day delivery. Which they did. Great prices on shoes and lovely shoe trees for free to keep them special. Would highly recommend them.”

“I ordered wellies and a cap, the money was taken out of my account immediately, I never heard anything from them, so after a week I emailed to ask if the was any news on my items, with no reply! I then made a phonecall to ask about my items, after 30 minutes on hold I was told somebody would call or I would receive an email that day, nothing, two days later I called again after being on hold for ages I finally got to speak to someone who assured me my items were due, thankfully they arrived two days later.”
