Dreadful customer service! Firstly told that I needed to send back my return via DPD. Then told this doesn’t work for N. Ireland. Complained and asked for a call back from a Manager which never happened. Lovely product portfolio but frightful customer service. Stephen Portstewart

Poor. Forgot to despatch my order and needed multiple chases . Desired colour out of stock. Took weeks to receive . Customer service folk were nice but would not buy again

I recently made an order. After a reasonable amount of time, the order never shipped and I made multiple attempts to contact you. After getting no reply, I called my credit card company to get the charge reversed. I notified your company of this, and to let you know to cancel the order. Only then did I get a response that the order had already shipped! I had to pay to return it by post.

Thank you for your review. We can see you rejected your order due as you did not want to pay customs which is a requirement of your shipping location. For this reason you could not receive your order as duty taxes were not paid and therefore your order returned via the courier company. Kind regards, A Farley Country Attire

I ordered an item for express delivery, heard nothing from them for 2 weeks despite sending 3 emails! Item eventually turned up but still no contact from the company. Will not be using again.

I contacted customer services and yet to receive a reply. The order was a gift and the packaging looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse. Whilst to shoes are fine, the customer service lacks.

Needed to return goods so purchased an online DPD voucher which has never been sent. Called twice but the queue doesn't go down. Sent an email which was not responded to. So so bad service

Recently purchased a pair of ARIAT Savannah boots, unfortunately they will be going back as they do not fit. I could not get my feet into the boots as the opening where the zip is too narrow for my feet to slide in. Disappointed

Very poor customer service definitely not next day delivery and when items not in stock so you pay for a more expensive item still takes even longer to get the item 🙈Harkila stuff is amazing and could sell itself the service you give maybe A Farley should stick to the cheaper brands !!!!! Where service is not so important

Unfortunately I have not received the boots yet as DHL could not be bothered to look for my address which has been here for 70 years and we have lived here 36 years they just sent them back to yourselves !!

Initially I was impressed by the service. I wanted a william lockie jersey as I know the good quality of the product. I live in france and can't find them here. The package arrived very quickly but I had to pay 37 euros customs and ups costs. The jersey was too small so I sent it back. A further 20 euros. So far 57 euros spent on a jersey costing 90gbp. So far no offer of assistance. One other point, I intially I asked what size equates to xl jersey I bought in the william lockie shop in hawick. I was told that the sizes were shown on there site. Not so. The only thing I saw was a chart in inches. Not much help for people in Europe. Who deals in inches any more. As we all know how to convert these measurements. When it comes to clothing it never works. All in all, if you live in Europe do not buy from this company. I've lost 50 euros and have nothing to show for it. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, when shipping outside of the UK we do not have any control over custom charges, nor can we advise of this prior to a order being shipped. This is controlled by your local government and is unfortunately out of our hands. If an item is not correct, we also do not have any control of the return costs to return an item. Unforunetly the size guide provided by William Lockie themselves is in inches, and therefore this is how we convey the sizing to our customers. As outlined on our website, any deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the Parcel will be released for delivery. You may require to pay additional charges for customs clearance. Avoid. First, order confirmation said: "we're getting your order ready to be shipped". No they weren't. Wasn't shipped until 8 days later. Second, returned order which per tracking was received 14 days ago and yet still no refund.

We have had a look into your order and can see your order was on the 5 - 7 working day time frame. We have tracked this with DPD and can see your order was received on the 7th working day. We advise returns can take up to 14 working days. We have tracked your return which was received on 10th November which makes November 30th the last working day for the return to be received back into your account. Ordered a polo belt as a present. Belt arrived and on inspection found the leather was cracked. Contacted Farley twice by email but no reply. So far very unimpressed.

Parcel arrived from DPD ripped open with the chinos unprotected inside. As a result they are marked. Separate complaint submitted to DPD. Still waiting for call back and separate reply from A Farley Attire. Very disappointed. First time I have had this experience. Highly recommend that A Farley adopt same practice as competitors and pack goods in a protective inte4nal bag, or box. Not sure if I'll buy again from A Farley Attire.

My order was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer and the DPD driver threw my parcel out of his window 200yards from my house. He posted a ‘black’ photo to prove safe delivery, but a neighbour saw the parcel and hand-delivered it to me. Not happy with either event. Farley processed my refund efficiently.
