Your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been emailed to you allowing you to track the progress of your parcel. Your order was placed on 4th November on an 18 working day delivery timeframe to Australia and was dispatched on 8th November. The last working day to receive your order from the date your order was placed is the 30th of November. Your order is set to be with you within this timeframe. Thank you for your review and for kindly placing an order with A Farley. We can see your order is on the standard international delivery timeframe to Dubai of 21 working days. The last day to receive your order was 12th November and we are sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. Your order was dispatched with DPD Air Express via Interparcel to arrive with you within the timeframe. Tracking information was also emailed to you to allow you to track the progress of your parcel. We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. We have chased this with DPD and they have advised the below; "I see that your parcel is held since the 10th of November 2021, due to an Unexpected and Uncontrollable event. I've chased our depot to provide an update on the reason for holding. We will give you an update within 72 hours upon receiving any information from our depot". Our customer service manager has since taken ownership of your order and has emailed you in regards to your order to keep you updated. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Bought online. Product was in stock and payment was take. No subsequent communication. Tried emailing. In the end, had to call 10 or so days later and, after long phone queue, was able to speak to someone and get it resolved. Product did eventually arrive.

The boots proved far too small. I could not get my feet into them. I was then surprised to discover that you require your customers to pay for returns; it cost £8.99 to return them by post. You will understand that in future my custom will go to 'Outdoor and Country' who do not expect customers to bear a loss for unsatisfactory purchases. I shall not be buying from you in the future.

I had ordered a pair of arias boots from here for my wife’s birthday. They arrived in time, but sadly are just too big. I went online and followed the instruction to ask for a return rather than exchange. I did that, paying another £6 in order to return the boots. I have not received the email with the return voucher so I emailed to ask where it was. This email has not been acknowledged, now I received an email asking to write a review and here I am! What a cheek! I have a pair of boots that don’t fit and have paid for a return that hasn’t been confirmed. Unreal.

Ordered a stock items only to be told it was out of stock and then had to wait 3 weeks for deluvery

No answer to email because I received no expedition email. Size chart are wrong. The boots are too small although I ordered a size above for safety. Not recommanded if you live outside UK.

The service was very slow, it took 6 working days for the item to arrive and the website said 2-5 days which is wrong. When the product arrived it was the wrong colour to the one I had ordered. I returned the product. One very disappointed customer. I will never return.

Multiple emails I have had to write and have had 3 phone calls chasing my order. I have wasted about 5 hours trying to get through on the phone over the last 2 weeks only to be told my order will be with me in 48hours. Here I am 48 hours later again with no delivery!! Have requested refund and would never use again.

Avoid Farley Country Attire- customer service is appalling;don’t deliver when they promise;you have to chase them constantly only to be fobbed off with excuses and when your patience has finally exasperated they don’t fully refund you.Needless to say I won’t be buying from them again

Ordered a Barbour jacket Beaufort navy, no problem. A week later not arrived so rang the company and was told it will be with you in 6 to 8 working days. Still not arrived 9 days later so rang again and was told would need to check with the warehouse. I then found out they had no stock and did not know when they would have any in. They happy took my money yet did not tell me they could not fulfil the order. I am appalled that they claim a 5* service and are not honest.

Ordered Meyer Jeans on 16/11/19 not delivered.I chased on the 25/11/19 to be advised out of stock no automatic notification from Farley.Money was debited from my account on the 16th ( obviously knowing they were out of stock) and as of the 26/11/19 I'm still waiting for the account to be credited. All very poor show.

I placed an order on Friday 18/10/19 for boots and noted in the terms and conditions that it says delivery is within 2-5 days from your date of ordering. A week later at around 2 pm on Friday 25/10/19 i received a email letting me know my order will not be delivered until 28/10/19. Having had a similar problem a month ago with this company i am very surprised to have yet another problem with them . Furthermore no communication until today to let me know my goods will be late in arriving and that was from the courier not A Farley. In all a poor performance, i will not be dealing with this company again.
