The colour of the meyer shorts were completely different from that advertised on the online shopping picture. it is most unlikely that I will be buying anymore of this company's products.

It’s been over 3 weeks since I returned both items at a cost of £349 and yet to receive my refund! Absolute disgrace!

I have not yet received the item I ordered. This was clearly out of stock when I ordered it but I wasn't advised of this at the time. It came back into stock while I was on holiday and DPD attempted to deliver it twice. Their website now shows 'return to consignor'.

Thank you for your review and for placing an order with A Farley. We have tried to contact you providing the contact number on your order but unfortunately the number is not recognised. Your order was dispatched and out for delivery within the advised time frame. Looking at the DPD tracking for you order we can see DPD tried to deliver on 2 separate occasions. Unfortunately on both occasions you were not in to accept delivery. DPD then requested further information from yourself but sadly this was not provided. For this reason, DPD returned the parcel to us ('consignor'). Once we received the item back, we dispatched the item again to you and can see since it has been received. Would love to tell about quality of boots. However I still haven't received them from an order over a week ago. Just keep getting electronic emails saying that they have been delayed.

Thank you placing an order with A Farley. We have had a look into your order and unfortunately can see the delayed emails were sent via DPD ( our courier service) without advising us of any issues. We can see our customer service advisor has been taking care of your order which unfortunately has been delayed due to a issue in transit which is now being investigated with DPD. Sadly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time! No order acknowledgement, when I rang I was told order should be with me tomorrow 3 days later delivery advised that they were awaiting delivery of order. Tried emailing but email not deliverable. Needless to say my group and I will not be ordering again.

Not yet arrived.it took several months from the order. i paid on 18 january,and at the end of august not yet arrived. more i have to pay 37 € for custom. never try again.

Do not be fooled by this shop, it is not geared up for internet sales, so far, I ordered in stock items off the site, all of a sudden there was a lead time of 7-10 days on the stock (once they had my money). The goods arrived in parts. I had to pay for my return which was child-sized items. which took a week to acknowledge receipt even though the courier delivered the next day. Now they say if I am lucky I will get a refund in 14 days (if they are not too busy). I will never shop here again unless I want a laugh! They are not prepared for e-commerce and the way people shop today. I would say their shop is probably excellent in person.

Been near on 3 weeks and still haven't received my belt buckle, communication has not been great, and tracking still shows dpd have not received the parcel don't think I'll be ordering again sorry

Sitenot fit for purpose if ordering from outside UK. Prices should call outVAT excluded and other duties may be due. Very poor. Good product.

Very disappointed with the service I received with my order. Only one of the four items I ordered have been delivered. Advised A Farley of this but they haven’t even given me the courtesy of a response. Very poor service.

Placed an order over 10 days ago and still haven’t received it or had any confirmation of what is happening with it despite multiple emails. Very disappointing.

ordered for delivery 3-5 working days on 12th July, still not delivered on 25th July, courier stated they tried to deliver on 21st July at 11.52, there was someone in the house and no card through door wish i had ordered directly from manufacturer

Made an online order placed on May 13th, 2023. Received order confirmation, "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status". After waiting the company Delivery Within 15 Working Days, I got worried and sent first email enquiry on June 6th, with no response. Then again on June 8th, July 12th, July 13th twice! Again July 17th to Customer Care and one to Customer Support. Still no correspondence regarding delay in shipment. After seventh enquiry for ORDER #112798, I again posted a similar response to A Farley Country Attire to their Facebook page and Instagram account. Only then did I see any results when shipment was booked FedEx Economy on July 18th. Package delivered on July 24th crushed and broken from poor boxing and tape wrapping. Still have not received an apology or any correspondence for 2 1/2 month long delay.

A very disappointing company. Takes ages to get items (despite the website saying it is next day delivery), ages to get a refund out of them and their website is 'unstable' (during the time you are on it it can reset to a default setting, so unwittingly you can end up ordering the wrong thing)

Difficult to communicate with, long wait on the phone. Chased the order several times and was told not to expect it as was on 6 working then found it was held as one item was unavailable and they were waiting for a reply to an email which supposedly had been sent to me however I had not received it.

I ordered a pair of Meyer Chinos; £100. They arrived wrongly folded and squashed flat and very badly creased. A manager was reported as saying that there is no fault in the trousers. I have supplied a photo but have received no acknowledgement that anything is being done about my complaint. These trousers are unwearable in this condition and should never have been sent out.

I live in Hampshire. It took one month for my small simple order to be fulfilled. I ordered a pair of shoes and a dog toy. The dog toy was not advertised as out of stock. The shoes were not sent out because the dog toy was not avaliable. When i began to chase this the shoes were sent. The shoes were X display and in a damaged box i agreed to this to get the shoes i wanted but did still pay full price. This was more than two weeks from order. The dog toy arrived two weeks later. This toy was ordered for my dog Echo in good time ready for his second birthday. The toy was late and we were all disappointed to not give him this gift during his birthday celebration. I would not use this company again.

Disappointed! Ordered blue/red Dubarry deckshoes. A pair of brown (rum) arrived instead (late)! Emails not answered. Have to pay £7.95 to return. Their return T& states £5.99!
