“Requested a refund and still haven’t got it, do not reply to emails and when you call they don’t give any update. Not good service”

“Terrible service. They completely failed in every aspect. I placed two orders just after Christmas. The first order was required for a forthcoming holiday. I spoke with their team on 3 separate dates to confirm the delivery date and was told each time that it would be delivered on the agreed date. I offered to pay to upgrade to next day delivery and they told me that I wouldn't need to. Come the agreed day of delivery and....(drum roll) no delivery. Rang them and they then go and check and find that the order hadn't been dispatched. The second order was for a pair of Tricker boots and some shoe cream. I paid extra for next day delivery. I received the boots in good time, but the incorrect colour and style were sent. The shoe cream has yet to arrive. Hopelessly incompetent and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. I'll spend my £500 elsewhere, hopefully with a retailer that will not repeatedly fail to deliver on their promises, that will deliver all of what I ordered and will deliver the correct items.”

“I’ve ordered twice. Never had an issue xmas time took longer to deliver which is expected. I was also contacted to say the item I wanted wasn’t available anywhere to which was a camo jacket so I went for a plain green (Ridgeline). I’m very happy with customer support. And will continue to purchase and save up my loyalty point.”

“Success is hard. Like many others I had a very dissapointing experience with A Farley Country Attire over Christmas. It is clear that they struggled with the volume of orders and let many of their customers down, badly. Things can, and do, go wrong. It is very difficult to maintain high standards. For me, it's how a business goes about how it handles when mistakes happen and what it does to correct things that sets a good business apart from the also-rans. The fact that A Farley employs someone like Emmie Mycroft tells me that this business does care about fixing mistakes. I am pleased to say that my latest order has been fullfilled on time and with the correct product. I am happy to do business with these guys again in the future knowin ghtat if it does go wrong then they care enough to try and make amends. ers just after Christmas. “Disappointed- late delivery and scratched. The last package from an order on the 10th Dec arrived on 29th Dec after Christmas so too late for a present. In addition whilst it doesn’t appear damaged- there are small scratches on the Yeti rambler which I’m surprised at given the expense and as it was very well wrapped for transit suggests it was packaged with scratches.”
