“Great company - an issue was discovered with our order - the item had changed one of the components, this was communicated clearly and I was given the option of changing my order for an alternative or trying the product with the new component. Item was well received and the change in component does not affect the overall appearance.”

“I was not made aware of the extortionate VAT cost implications. The trousers ordered finally cost me €137 each. Never again. The next time I order a German product (brand) I will go direct to the manufacturer”

We try to make this as clear as possible on our website, but VAT and import charges are calculated by the government and collected by the courier, so the final amount can vary and is unfortunately outside our control. “Great clothes and well made with the means to last, but I received a different pair of trousers that were not the same as I had ordered, with the label ripped off so I suspect I was not supposed to notice the difference!! Suffice to say I’m keeping these but am not confident in ordering the actual original ones again. I went to the return sight and couldn’t be bothered to go through the protocol in returning!”

“Very complex to get a returns label required at least 2 calls to resolve. Returns instructions not easy to follow. Account number email address and phone no regognised on completing on line form. The trousers looked good online but the fit was poor very low waisted dissaponting.”
