“They have an excellent online store with an impressive range of items and prices are very competitive, I will definitely be back to make future purchases when the time comes. My only slight gripe was with the speed of my order dispatch but this got resolved and I received a really nice follow up email from Emmie the Customer Service Manager.”

“A long wait for boots that should of been delivered in 3 days ended up been 3 weeks with no real updates of when they would arrive, AI chat response was better than the actual email sent lacking in grammar with no real update, poor service. Would not use you again”

“I have never bought anything before. I tried to apply the 10% new customer discount at checkout. It wouldn't accept it. I assumed it was because the jacket had already been discounted. I thought it was worth a try to send an email. I still had the code in my emails. To my surprise I received a very prompt email to inform me a refund had been done. A very satisfied customer Thank you”
