Product was great and had no problem with the online ordering however DPD delivery was a absolute nightmare, 4 different lots of information regarding delivery and then package wasn’t at post office when I was told it would be , put me off if I’m honest

Ordered a pair of Harkila boots. Excellent product however very poor delivery service offered for such a premium product. Was no option for express delivery. Waited over a week with still no dispatch or update. Poor.

I ordered some boots and have to say they are absolutely gorgeous. Communication was great and delivery was prompt although there was a delay of a few days I was informed as to why . They were worth the wait !

I saw the 10% off first purchase offer on the website *after* my first purchase! Farley rectified this at once when I pointed it out, with a refund. The awful DPD Local (not DPD, which is generally fine) screwed up delivery, but again Farley graciously apologised and sorted it out.

Very good selection of outdoor clothing and very helpful and courteous staff. Postage could be a little bit quicker, couldn’t see an option for next day, that aside would definitely use again.

They didn't have the boots in the shop in the correct size. I tried to order on line using a gift voucher but had a lot of issues as it wouldn't accept it. The lovely people in the shop took my contact details and someone from the warehouse rang and took my order over the phone.
