Pretty disappointed. I ordered trousers which were in stock and took a week before being told they were no longer available and the top that come does not suit me and I have to pay £8 to send back. Most retailers offer free returns. Given the trousers were out of stock too I feel this is bad form.

Great service but I really didn't appreciate the 9 emails that followed to remind me what I'd ordered and that it either wasn't or was on the way.

Shoes were around 11 days to be delivered. When that arrived it was obvious they had been worn. Limitless assistance from customer service. I will be returning although they offered £25 for me to keep them. I will not be using this company again. A very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service. Ordered something in stock on 48hr delivery. Got it two and a half weeks later after 3 emails and promises of it being in the post. The quality is average

Great Yeti product range and very well priced! Combined with the additional % multibuy discount, these were the cheapest products around! Great communication, delivery and overall a pleasant shopping experience.

I ordered 2 pairs of Meyer Chinos which were showing "in stock" with a 4-7 working day delivery. Actual delivery was 9 working days. I would expect in stock items to be delivered 2-4 working days in line with other on line retailers!

I'm very pleased to receive my order of the Yeti Rambler 24oz Mug with Magslider Lid. It is a very well made coffee mug made entirely of stainless steel, with a micro-welded handle thich will undoubtedly last a lifetime. The fully removable Magslider Lid is made of BPA free plastic (the only component which is not stainless steel) and features a magnetic sliding drinking port, which is great for drinking my favourite hot beverage unhindered whilst out and about. The seller was very informative about the delivery process, which itself was very speedy in its despatch and delivery. 5/5

Easy website to navigate clear and well defined, delivery was good, reassuringly used parcel force only company that has no trouble finding us. Yeti products we purchased are exeptionally robust and do as advertised, packaging was first class, and because of all this we have placed another order with A Farley.

Product arrived eventually but delivery was very slow with 10 separate automated emails saying nothing had been shipped yet. Looks like they sell product they do not actually have, then order it from the manufacturer which then causes the delay No reply to my email asking when we could expect the items
