“A Farley’s definitely have a very loyal customer now. I have been purchasing items on and off for a couple of years and the quality of the items were always outstanding. I have never had any issues with the products or delivery so never needed to contact anyone before but on my most recent purchase I needed some assistance as it was a size issue and I wasn’t sure whether I should do a return or exchange. I got in touch with customer service and the help and support I received was outstanding and next to none I have received before. I dealt with the same customer service agent throughout which was a big plus without having to explain the issue over and over again to different people. Livvy who I dealt with had amazing customer skills and helped me with all my issues, advised me on the best way forward and resolved my refund issue as loyalty points I had used for the first purchase had to be transferred to the exchanged purchase before processing my refund, always got back to me promptly with any questions I had, was very helpful and professional. I will now be going back to Farley’s for first class products and service and will definitely recommend.”

“First time customer. Purchased a Vessel golf bag directly over the phone and have to say the service is phenomenal. From the customer service/sales person (Livvy) to the guys in the warehouse who somehow managed to get the bag to me just before I was going away. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. Thanks again.”

“My order was confirmed and was given a timescale for delivery. Unfortunately it failed to come in the time given and did not receive any updates. I contacted the company who then apologised and refunded postage. I was given a new at the latest date for delivery which unfortunately did not bear true. I have however recently received an apology and a full refund for the cost of my order. I did not expect this and appreciate this personal touch from this family run business. Thank you :)”
