“Everything about this business is first class until it gets to delivery which seems to take a couple of days longer than the competition....maybe it's time to give up on Royal Mail”

“I ordered a Yeti Rambler mug, with a handle, but when it arrived it was the version without the handle. When I raised this with A Farley, they immediately apologised and offered me a full refund. Things will inevitably go wrong in life and it is a measure of a great company that they will go out of their way to put things right. I would thoroughly recommend the company and will definitely use them in the future!”

“Shorts were fine but one of the pair was too big, incorrectly labelled as 40 waist when measuring 43. Return procedure was easy to implement but waiting to see how they will be returned. Hoping the replacement pair fits. Replacement sent promptly and shorts fitted perfectly.”

“Used this company to buy 2 yeti dinks bottles as they were out of stock on the yeti sight. Slight problem with one of the colours not being in stock. Freya at customer services couldn’t do enough to help me get another colour straight away as these were for a trip to Florida. Sorted and dispatched the same day and recieved the day after. When you get customer services couldn’t this good you absolutely use them again, will certainly be doing some Xmas shopping there this year”
