“This company have excellent customer service and definitely put you first. They sell high quality products at competitive prices. The website is very easy to use and the items dispatched quickly. I have only ever had one faulty item and the service was superb. The staff are very personable and you don’t feel like an object at the end of the phone/email. Everything was dealt with swiftly and professionally. This is why I keep coming back to them and will continue to do so.”

“Shoes arrived quickly but unfortunately we're the wrong size. Returned quickly. Chose different size only to be told not in stock nor any restocking date. Shame they didn't have this on their website. However interactions with their staff either by email or on the phone is great. Couldn't be better.”

“Still waiting for a refund on a cancelled order that I never actually received. I've now received an email confirming that A Farley have refunded my payment. Just checked by bank account and no they haven't and there are no transactions pending. Not sure what is going on with their Customer Service and Accounts Departments.”

“Very disappointed with the time it took to ship my order and also that I was asked to pay extra for shipping (for the latter, I received an email one month after the order was placed advising that shipping costs were higher than expected and that the company would need additional funds to ship). It seems you need more help in organising your shipments and also with ensuring you know what international shipping entails. Will not be ordering again.”

“I oder a belt form you and the sizes.i oder wos 32. That's my size and it didn't fit to small I sent it back for a sizes 36 which just fits and it's not the colouri order.”

“Ordered the product with 4-7 day delivery. After ten days enquired about despatch and was told still awaiting stock. Due to stock delivery would be 24 to 48 hours but product was despatched around that point. Lying does not appeal to everyone,I prefer the truth of sorry we forgot rather than be taken for an idiot.”
