“I bought a Kinloch tweed field jacket from the online store. Communication was first class. Package delivered in good time and the jacket is great. First class service all round and I have no hesitation in recommending this store”

“So happy and impressed with the whole customer service with A Farley! The chat regarding my purchase was so helpful and sadly having to return as just a little too big for my husband but I did take a chance! I have sent them back straight away with the intention to re order when I know they have arrived safely! Thankyou for your help! It’s unusual to not to have a robot chat line so many thanks for some normality !”

“Poor service, I called after making an order as there was no option for next day delivery, I asked the lady if I could pay more for next day delivery, she said she will see what see can do an basically put the phone down. Called again as I didn’t receive my order week and a half later to find out it wasn’t even in stock.”

“I bought a pair of Men’s Ariat boots with steel toe, size 8 (my normal Ladies size) and they are Fabulous. From the moment I put them on - extremely comfortable under foot and the topper- slightly lower than other boots, and looser around the ankle but I got used to them v soon. I have plantar fasciitis and have had no issues at all with the comfort of the sole. Highly recommended. Swift delivery.”

“I ordered a pair of Meyer trousers, unfortunately in my rush to place the order before going on holiday I clicked on the wrong size. Thankfully I realised my error and emailed Farley's to see if the order could be changed. All sorted, they confirmed the required size would be shipped. When I returned from holiday I was disappointed to find they had shipped the wrong size, even thought he despatch note clearly indicates the size that it was changed to. Their refunds process requires one to pay £8.95 to get a returns label, as it was entirely their fault I phoned to request a free label - it took 20 minutes to get through, although I was supposedly first in the queue. Not a great experience at all, a doubt very much I will use this company again as this is the second issue with sizing in two two purchase - 100% failure rate.”
