“This was my first order and whilst the shopping experience online was good, and product quality as expected, a ‘free gift’ was missing from the order which was disappointing. I also wanted to exchange in store but there was some reluctance as it’s outside of the process so I think there could be some room for improvement in customer service to ensure loyalty and trust in the brand.”

“Boots were fine. I ordered on a Thursday in time for next day deliverey. Tracking showed they would not be delivered on the Friday. I called A Farley and was told they would be delivered on Saturday. This didn't happen either and they finally arrived on Monday. I needed to be at home for the delivery, so wasted time being given inaccurate information.”

“I do not enjoy shopping, particularly clothes shopping! A friend of mine suggested A Farley Country Attire. Wow! Firstly you know your car is going to be safe and not dented by folk trying to leave a generic fast food establishment whilst trying to eat a ‘Mc something’ . The products are good quality and quality costs more than primark but having said that. It lasts. The Staff are lovely and you feel like a valued customer. This is now my favourite go to clothes shop. Thank you”
