Still not received parcel, apparently it was delivered and left between 2 bins. Not there, £20 refund great. Lost over £120. Would not recommend and seeking advise on recovering rest of refund... had to go elsewhere to purchase. Been ongoing since purchase on the 27th April. Not happy, furious...

We are very sorry to hear of your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the missing parcel. Unfortunately, Royal Mail’s standard policy requires us to wait 7 working days (10 calendar days) before a lost parcel claim can officially be disputed and processed. Whilst we completely appreciate how upsetting and frustrating this delay is from a customer perspective, this is unfortunately standard practice and not something we have control over as retailers. Fantastic experience with A Farley Country Attire! I ordered two Yeti bottles and was really impressed- it arrived much quicker than expected and after checking around extensively beforehand this was easily the best price I could find online. Great value, fast delivery and a smooth shopping experience. I would definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!

I placed an order for a pair of boots that were showing as in stock on the A Farley website. The order was acknowledged and the payment was taken in full. It transpired that the product was not in stock, and took about one month to arrive. In these days of sophisticated e-commerce systems, it isn't acceptable to advertise products as available when they aren't. I wouldn't recommend or use A Farley again.

Ordered some very expensive cowboy boots last Tuesday, thinking that they’d be dispatched straight away, but a week on and they still haven’t been sent. I’m extremely disappointed. Tried to contact using the live chat and I just keep getting fobbed off. I just want to cancel my order now but not able to do that either. I checked the reviews and this seems to be a common thread that it takes this company ages to send out items. I think this is extremely unprofessional and awful customer service

Recently received my Ariat Woodstock wellies. Sooo comfy to wear and love the Bracken colour. I had to wait a little while for them but wasn’t bothered about that. I was kept up to date with when they were going to be delivered. Thanks A Farley Country Attire ☺️

Great belt, a well made smart piece of kit. The only thing I would say I wish I had ordered a size smaller, I ordered a 38 for my 36 waist and I’m in the last notch.

I received my order very quickly and had very very regular updates. The product I bought worked well on my ivory leather/espadrilles sandals and leather bag to protect and weather proof them, I haven’t used this company before, the only thing is be nice if the waterproof container was sealed. Packaged well and I would recommend this company. Purchased Saphir Super Invulnerable protect and waterproof most surfaces
