I quick call to the friendly and professional customer service team resolved the issue entirely to my satisfaction. This company is my go to supplier for all my leisurewear and long may it continue.”

“Waited an eternity for my super simple order, after a period beyond the guaranteed delivery time the wrong size jeans turned up. Then had to fight to get them free returned. All i want now is a refund and i’ll buy them in town. Frankly I expected more for £240 jeans!”

“Good morning. I recently decided to purchase a belt (R.M.Williams) as a gift, having worn them myself for years. I had not dealt with A.Farley Attire before. The delivery was quoted as 2-5 working days. Having not acquired a tracking number after 3 days I elected to email to be certain the quoted time would be fulfilled. No more than 5 minutes had elapsed before I was sent a return email by Livvy Elliot (Customer Service Advisor). Reassuring me that all was in order. If only the response time was matched with all enquiries to other companies, how refreshing that would be. Thank you to A.Farley and especially to Livvy Elliot. Very impressed.”

“Customer Service- I have been dealing with Livvy Elliot regarding the purchase of a pair of Ariat western boots, unfortunately the size i requested is out of stock, Livvy without hesitation stated that you have a pair a half size larger that they could send to me and if they were not suitable i could have a full refund and free return P&P. Livvy also agreed to make sure that the boots arrive after I have returned from a long weekend away rather than they be left somewhere for 5 days. I found Livvy to be very polite, friendly and helpful in a way that would make me want to buy from you again.”

“Although my boots were a perfect fit, unfortunately the wait time and the delivery let you down I was not kept in touch with the change of my delivery from DPD to Royal Mail which was snail mail.”
