“Order was severely delayed and then the incorrect item was delivered. Has meant not having the correct birthday gift for the special day, despite ordering 3 weeks in advance with promised delivery of 2-5 working days. Restricted customer service opening hours and delays in response have prevented me making alternative plans to order the item from an alternative retailer in time. Now ordered from somewhere else and having to shell out another £375 while I wait for the return process of the incorrect item to complete. Really painful customer service and no viable resolution offered. Won’t be shopping with A Farley again.”
