“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong RM Williams jeans. However, I contacted your customer service dept who were very helpful indeed. Explaining how I could return the jeans and exchange them for the correct ones. I received excellent service many thanks.”

“Although I'm happy with my coat, I'm not happy with how long I had to wait for it! Was supposed to be 7-11 days, ending being 2 weeks, and when I spoke to customer service they couldn't provide tracking information. I won't be using this company again.”
