Customer service was good. The shoe size was out of stock but Livvy asked if I wanted a refund or to try the shoes 1/2 size different - and return if necessary. Shoes arrived promptly thereafter and look good!

I received the product, but I would just say that i found it a bit odd that I placed an order on the 21st and it didnt ship until the 27th. There was an email to explain this, so I didnt worry. But the shipping process was different to most websites so I thought I'd just call that out. Im guessing there are good reasons for this, but for some it may leave them feeling worried about where their order is.

Livvy was very helpful in sorting out my order. Your system thought I was a new customer but I was a lapsed one. She enabled me to take advantage of your BH discount and then set some of my outstanding points against the order. I’ll be back!

Hi I ordered another pair of chinos for my son as his ones were worn ,they were perfect for work . I ordered the wrong size contacted yourselves and Livvy was straight back with the correct order - such a change to have prompt and helpful customer service - well done Livvy and Farley

Still not received parcel, apparently it was delivered and left between 2 bins. Not there, £20 refund great. Lost over £120. Would not recommend and seeking advise on recovering rest of refund... had to go elsewhere to purchase. Been ongoing since purchase on the 27th April. Not happy, furious...

Unfortunately, Royal Mail’s standard policy requires us to wait 7 working days (10 calendar days) before a lost parcel claim can officially be disputed and processed. Fantastic experience with A Farley Country Attire! I ordered two Yeti bottles and was really impressed- it arrived much quicker than expected and after checking around extensively beforehand this was easily the best price I could find online. Great value, fast delivery and a smooth shopping experience. I would definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!
