“I asked to cancel the order. Was told that it had been, yet the order was sent. The boots I'd ordered were disappointing with one smaller than the other. I had to pay for my return, which is poor considering most other retailers offer free returns. Disappointed.”

“I feel it took a while for the delivery to come - 9 days seems quite a while Unfortunately had to return item as faulty - process straight forward and returns label provided, still awaiting outcome however before a replacement will be shipped”
