“Order, delivery and quality of item very good. Unfortunately questions regarding returns very poor. A returns label with original order would greatly simplify matters. Feel the absence of a telephone number to speak to a person will definitely affect future orders.”

“This is my second yeti bottle my previous one the cap screws smoothly on and secure. However this one from yourselves is very clunky and screeches, makes an awful noise when screwing the cap on. I am In two minds if to return or not but it’s for a birthday present and wasn’t sure I will get a new one in time ?”

“Hard to write a review,,,.very disappointed with my purchase but probably my own fault. Delivery very delayed as my choice was sold out but didn't hear this straight away. It took a long time to finally receive the puppy gift, puppy now needs a larger item. On line shopping isn't slways as expected,but again my fault.”

“The jeans were not the colour shown on the picture. The delivery of the jeans was after the latest delivery time / date specified. Otherwise fine.”
