“Not impressed The shorts I ordered were not in stock but your website indicated they were. You CSM said she emailed me to confirm the delay but I have no record to that effect but you took payment anyway and delivered my order 10 days later No apologies just hard luck Not the best customer service and no complaints with the shorts Subsequently I have received an apology for the service in person, which was gratefully accepted. The air of shorts I purchased were excellent and I will buy more shorts in time.”

“The jeans were exactly as I’d hoped, but Meyer jeans always are. With regards to the service I was disappointed. When I made the online purchase it stated 2-5 working days delivery. As sonny as I paid this changed to 3-6 days. The actual delivery took 11 working days. I had nothing from the company as to why there was a delay so after calling them they said there’s a delay with my order as they were awaiting a “Meyer” delivery. I did try using the email contact facility but there was no reply to this. All in all disappointing”

“Awful, Ordered on the 15th of August, is currently the 31st of August and still no delivery. Sent emails with no response ended up calling, I was told they would look into it and call me back 5 days later no call back.”

Your order is due to arrive with you tomorrow via DPD.
