“Shopping part was fine but only 2 pairs of trousers were delivered instead of the 3 pairs ordered. There was no explanation of why the package was a pair short so we had to call your office to notify the shortfall. We hope to receive the missing pair this week.”

We can see you spoke to our customer service advisor who has immediately arranged for the missing pair to be sent. This is due to be with you within the next few days. “The entire process was good. Shipping could be done a bit faster. The product itself is perfect, pricing perfect, packaging perfect. So shopping with these people is a pleasure. Do mind extra taxes when the package enters your European country. UK is no more part of the monetary unity in Europe. Unfortunately!”
