“Ordered a pair of orca A big boat shoes on the Sunday which stated next day delivery ,after a phone call to the shop the assistant claimed ,next day delivery was a mistake ,but she made a enquiry and she'd do her best ,and they arrived on the Wednesday a big thank you .before I went on holiday on the Thursday ,so yeah ,well pleased”

“My boots arrived on time and I’m happy with them but the promotional items didn’t arrive. I understand you sent a note to say you’ve run out of the free gift but when I checked your Website I noticed you’re still selling the boots with the free gift therefore I’m not a happy company. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service. Boots arrived next day well packaged. This is my second pair of dubarrys only this time I have gone for the shorter length and find them easier to get on and off . Love them and would recommend both the boots and Farley Country Attire .”

“Have been trying for ages to get decent pair of chinos, selected the MEYER range from A Farley, and everything seemed to relate back fitting-wise to the old drain pipe leg fashion. the Roma range showed 16.25 " bottoms Selected them, well made, good colour inside luxury fittings. The bottoms of the legs measured 15.5 " would have been nice to see the tolerance go the other way to 17", but hey ho”

“The goods delivered were not what was ordered. The return postage was refunded promptly and the returned goods have been signed for by Farley but since then no communication at all. As the order exceeded. As the item was expensive, £380, this seems poor service to me.”
