“Site easy to use, two items of feedback is that it took around 5/6 days for any postal information to come and some days later I received goods which is much longer than stated on your site. The packaging was open when received and the delivery guy had to guess if the boot bag was indeed pars of the delivery. But great site great products and I will be back.”

“I ordered some shoes for my husband for our daughter's wedding. It was slightly delayed but when I called they were extremely helpful and said the shoes would be in by the end of the week and would send them out next day delivery. Which they did. Great prices on shoes and lovely shoe trees for free to keep them special. Would highly recommend them.”

“I ordered wellies and a cap, the money was taken out of my account immediately, I never heard anything from them, so after a week I emailed to ask if the was any news on my items, with no reply! I then made a phonecall to ask about my items, after 30 minutes on hold I was told somebody would call or I would receive an email that day, nothing, two days later I called again after being on hold for ages I finally got to speak to someone who assured me my items were due, thankfully they arrived two days later.”

“Needed to return goods so purchased an online DPD voucher which has never been sent. Called twice but the queue doesn't go down. Sent an email which was not responded to. So so bad service”

“On the site it states 5 working days which can be longer. On all of my individual orders I get an email with in 24 hours stating my order will be with me tomorrow, it must be some kind of automatic response email, but the item has never come the following day. Maybe this can be reviewed as I was then worried that my item had been lost as it didn’t arrive. Mixed message email, item can a week later correct and with no damage .”

“Fantastic service, products, and customer service. I ordered R.M. Williams boots on two separate occasions and each transaction was processed speedily. The shipments arrived well-packaged, protected, and intact. The ease with which the transaction and communication about the transactions occurred was as if the company was right down the street from me. I live in the U.S. A Farley Country Attire is a great company and I will certainly do business with them again.”

“The walking boots arrived later than expected but that was acceptable. However I needed to return them, and your instructions suggested I buy a DPD return label. No where could I find out if this gave insurance cover for the full value. I tried 5 times to call but could not get a reply. I bought a DPD label with insurance cover!!”

“Every aspect of your service has been fine. However I had to return the trousers as, although they were marked 44" they were too tight to wear. As I commented on the "Returns form" I have many others of your trousers at size 44" and they are all fine, so this pair not fitting was a surprise! I await your comments.”

“A good price but a total lack of customer service. Delivery was supposed to be within 10 days but after the order acknowledgement and the cost being deducted from my card nothing arrived. My e-mails went unanswered and the phone was on out of office during their office hours. Had to involve Mastercard before I received any response. They did then send my jacket by express delivery.”

“Don't know haven't received my goods yet so how can I answer the questions below I can't upload any pictures because I have nothing to photograph I don't know the courier because I have been given no information who would/should be delivering the goods No emails have been received regarding the order that I paid for and nothing has been sent out I cannot tell you how many days the delivery took because Nothing has been received”

We have had a look into your order and can see when you placed your order, you contacted us to let us know you had ordered the wrong size. We therefore recalled the delivery as requested. The alternative size that you required was not available on the next day delivery service as advised and would be with you within 5 - 7 working days. We use DPD which is advised on our website and you will receive a text message notification on the morning of delivery.
