I can recommend ‘A Farley Country Attire’. I returned a Barbour jacket i purchased in a medium size as it was too big for me. They were very helpful and happy to send me the same jacket back to me in a small size and it now fits me perfectly. I would definitely choose ‘A Farley’ to shop with again. Many thanks from Ralph. We ordered a whole load of Yeti cooler products. The order went through easily - and then over several days had a variety of emails making excuses for the product not being available. Alternatives colours were offered and accepted. They arrived in separate deliveries over a couple id days. All told not the end if the world and the introductory offer meant we had a good price but I suspect that these products were ordered to fill my requirements and rather than being in stock. Happy with the product but the experience left a bad taste really.

Great service on my first order. I ordered a size 11 deal shoe but they were to big, exchanged them for 10.5 on website and the new ones came in 2 days .

The items supplied were exactly as expected and competitively priced. The time lag between placing the order and actually receiving the goods was far longer than I had hoped. I do realise that there was a weekend and bank holiday involved but most online suppliers seem to be able to operate 24/7. I also placed an order with Meyer Direct on the same day, 24/05/2026. their order arrived on 26/05/2026. yours arrived on 04/06/2026.

The 2 to 5 day delivery service certainly didn't happen for me. 12 days! A very quick service once i had asked on the whereabouts of my order, twice! Ordering just before a bank holiday certainly didn't help. I believe my order was overlooked, perhaps? Rapidly rectified and a nice little discount was appreciated.
