“Good old fashioned service, phone gets answered promptly and friendly humans (not AI) on the other end. It is pity more companies are not like this.”

“I order a pair of Meyer chinos. It took 7 working days for the order to be fulfilled and then when I received them they were not as shown on the web site. I notified Farley and they sent me an apology and a free returns label and was told it could take up to 10 days for the refund to be made. I think the time it takes to fulfil the original order and the subsequent refund is excessive. It is also disappoiunting that the web site is not up to date with what is actually available.”

“I ordered some boots which were out of stock and delayed. Nobody thought to advise me of this, and I had to chase them up. Once the boots were in, delivery was efficient. I think this was a genuine mistake - they were genuinely apologetic that I wasn't kept informed, and I suspect this was an unusual event. Anybody can make a mistake, after all.”
