“Not good as slow delivery I was asked to later re-review my initial write up after the delivery was made but alas the facts are still true. Also had an email offering me £30 discount to remove my review but I still believe that if reviews are to be believed the buyers need to read the truth.”

“Fantastic service from A Farley - following my initial purchase I realised I had ordered the wrong item which was quickly corrected and order updated immediately, with delivery on time as expected, really great online support - recommend to others. “The prices are appropriate. The boots I ordered arrived when they said they would and in good condition. However, I received 22 separate emails regarding 1 order. That is filthy. This actually will stop me ordering again. *Update a few days after initial review* After being offered £30 to revise my review, the email count regarding one singular order now stands at 25. I have also received a separate marketing email despite absolutely opting out of email marketing consent. This company does not treat your personal information with care or respect.”

“I bought a lovely pair of suede shoes from Farley which, unfortunately were too large for me. I had trouble getting out due to a recent operation, so rather than try numerous other pairs of shoes, Farley were kind enough to give me a full refund. I dealt with Freya during this time, and she was incredibly sympathetic and helpful during the exchange/ refund process. Can't thank her enough for this. Incidentally, the product was great, and I would recommend it to anyone.”
