Ordered Dubarry Ultima Boots...great price.....be patient with delivery, your order will get to you!.....had to do an exchange for size reasons....all very smooth and efficient....Ignore other comments about delivery being slow ....it's worth it for the price and savings..and most importantly, good customer service....many thanks Greg

Very happy with my shoes. Only downside was the time it took for them to arrive. (Over a week) I'm not used to ordering online so I was beginning to worry. Quality of the shoes made up for that.

Incorrect item sent. I paid extra for next day delivery only to receive the wrong item. I then have had to pay over £9 to return the item. I don’t think I should be charged anything for delivery or return due to the fact the wrong item was dispatched

No issue with the product but Delivery took 7 days and not the 2-5 working days stated when I placed my order. When I made contact on day 6 I was told the delivery was still within their window even though it wasn’t, and I didn’t get an apology.

Ordered a pair of Harkila trousers (Harkila are always high quality items) but got the size incorrect (my bad, not theirs). The return process was made simple and quick. I was refunded before I had returned the trousers enabling a quick exchange. In particular a quick shout out to Freya who answered a couple of questions that I had by return of email.

Purchased RM Williams belt ordered 36 got 46 returned only to get a 36 with lots of marks will not accept when paying that price the only good thing they were very quick at returning my refund.

Customer support completely run by AI bots, absolutely useless and nasty company supporting and relying on AI. Spend your money elsewhere!! Over £300 spent, order STILL hasn't arrived. Horrible experience with zero human interaction to support us.

I ordered a pair of boots on 1st April and never received them until 14th April and I was disappointed with the delivery time! They were only dispatched on 13th April so why could they have not been dispatched earlier 🤔 Was planning on making other purchases but I’ll give it a miss! Sort your house out as you’ve just lost my custom.
