I'd called customer services to query a delivery that was overdue. I spoke with Kayleigh who was really helpful and friendly. She investigated the status of my order and came back to me within the hour to offer a solution and then organised next day delivery for me. Fantastic member of the team.

Some nice clothes, but country of origin needs to be made clear. Delivery was a lttle late but not an issue

What a shambles! A month after being told that there would be a week's delay in receiving the trousers I had ordered by telephone, and immediately paid for, I received an email to say they were no longer available. I phoned to enquire what other colours were available as they were still being advertised for 3 days delivery, I was promised a ring back. It never came. I phoned again, and for the second time never received a promised ring-back. I later learned that none of the other four colours still being being promoted in my size on the company's website were available either. At that point, and three weeks on, I wrote to the company requesting the return of my cash - only to receive a reply asking if I would like to have the cash back or purchase something else. I replied three working days ago to ask again for the return of the cash. So far I have had neither payment nor acknowledgement of my request. The company really needs to get its act together, in terms of marketing, departmental communication, telephone sales training, stock control, web-site updating and customer liason - to name but a few. I would never attempt to buy from them again

We’re very sorry for your experience. At the time of your order, the trousers were in stock in our shop, but the last pair sold before we could pick them. We expected a restock within the timeframe, but the item was missing from the delivery, and when we checked again it was no longer available. On 22nd July we left a voicemail and sent an email to advise, but unfortunately had no alternatives to offer. Too long dispatch time and wait for delivery. From purchase to delivery more than week to wait when advert says “next day dispatch”. No response to my emails has been received. Had to call to “customer service team” which wasn’t helpful. Finally received damaged boxes, with removed original labels. Looks like returned items have been sent to me.

We’re really sorry if you felt the delivery took too long. Not all items are eligible for next day dispatch, and at checkout you would have been advised a 2–5 working day delivery window — your order was delivered on the 4th working day. Ordering was easy. I found that I had no communication from farley - no conformation email, no order update. I only knew it was going through as money went from bank! However, when I rang farley the lady I spoke to was lovely and sent me an email etc straight away. Item when it arrived was great!!!

It took longer than expected to receive my order. The details said 4 to 7 days, fair enough. But when I enquired as to the status of my order I was politely told not to worry, it would be with me by the 7th day, which it duly was. My point is, if you have no intention of dispatching until 5 or 6 days after order don’t state 4 to 7 days. Be honest and say it’ll be 7 days then if it arrives earlier it’s a bonus!

This rucksack styler cooler is awesome for picnics. Enough space easily for 2 people and you can add water bottle holders so you can take everything you need. The rucksack is comfortable to wear so you can have a little wander and find a nice quiet place for a picnic. Can’t recommend it enough
