“The length of time needed by A Farley for preparing an order for shipping was excessive and in my case was nearly a week. In the days of Amazon and next day delivery this is not acceptable for on line shopping.”

“I recently bought a pair of Meindl Dovre boots - the boots are fantastic! Very comfortable, even on the first walk, and it's great to come home with dry feet! Service from A. Farley was first class, with updates about my order and tracking details for delivery, which was very quick. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“I was excited to buy Ariat zip up boots, however they arrived with the zip stick on one of the boots and the zip didn’t seem particularly of good quality. If it failed mid walking holiday it would be a disaster.”

“The shoes that purchase does not match the picture in a website, in photo it is thin sole, but what received is thick sole. As the shipping was to forward postal mail, the company does not sort out the its mistake of sending shoes doesn't match the photo. Bear for the suprise”

“Amazing products first time buying boots online and was very apprehensive about the fit but nothing to worry about lol! I have very narrow feet but the boots fit like a gloves and super comfortable. The only criticism I have is lack of communication after 2 weeks of waiting I had to email an enquiry about the goods and only then was told there was a restocking issue and would be shipped ASAP. Took 4 weeks to receive boots and another 10 days for socks to arrive!”
