“I am still awaiting confirmation that my package has been shipped. No notifications received that package has been delayed in customs. Seems like there is a black hole in communcation. Very poor customer experience. Unlikely to recommend or purchase again.”

We can confirm your order has been dispatched, and unfortunately, we have been trying to contact you to let you know your order is being held at customs awaiting custom fees to be paid by yourself before the parcel can be released. Unfortunately after speaking to DPD they have advised us there has been a big back log of communication regarding custom fees, and I can see one of our customer service advisors (Phoebe) has kept you informed of this via email. “First time user. It took four weeks for the completion of my order. Found everyone very pleasant but without the information regarding the availability of the required items. Got the impression that sales continued despite the stock being available. Some work required to ensure a smooth running operation.”

“Excellent service other than returns policy and no exchange opportunity. I returned an item as it was too long. It was a gift so rather than risk re ordering and the possibility of another return, I have now bought rom a retailer where I could simply take it back or exchange it, should it be unsuitable.”

“Bought a size 10 boots which is the size I have bought before but they were too large. It cost me over £8 to return them so I think I’ll leave it there rather than risk having to return it again.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the Le Chameau dog coat. I have never found one that's a good (or even reasonable) fit for my Cocker Spaniel as they've either been too long or too short and I spent ages messing around shortening/lengthening the straps around her chest. This one fits her like it was tailor made for her and she looks very smart too! Brilliant, thank you.”
