“Poor customer service . Didn’t receive item . Delivered to incorrect address . Told I need to wait 10days before a resolution can be made even after I have requested a refund instead of a replacement .”

“Recently bought a pair of Higgs of Fife Aonach 10” field boots. Fantastic pair of boots, so comfortable & waterproof. Certainly came into their own whilst out in the field mending a fence. Thank you to A.Farley. Great customer service. Item arrived earlier than expected.”

“I find it astonishing that after sending emails and making calls that you have still not communicated what I need to do to fix the Vessel golf bag I received. After sending 2 emails chasing what to do next, when I did call, you said that you were only a small family business that didn’t open emails and that I must call to make things happen. And when I did call I was promised a resolution. I wanted to give you time to respond but still I hear nothing from you. The product is faulty on the piping and I require a replacement Vessel golf bag. At least can you speak with Vessel. I still want the bag but the piping for a new product is faulty. Can you please call or email me with a resolution.”

“Great product, worth the wait for. The only minor thing is the poor communication about the delay in delivery. And you cannot speak to a human to help, only a chatbot and sending an email (which, i personally i feel companies hide behind, and rather speak to aperson as i feel better custmor service!!!)”

“Absolutely love my boots , these are the 2nd pair I’ve purchased. Great for cold dog walks and being at footie . The thinsulation at the bottom stops the cold from travelling to your feet . Toastie feet , happy me :)”
