“I waited well in excess of the quoted delivery date for my order to be dispatched. I queried a number of times on live chat as to why it had not been processed. I tried to telephone but no one answered. Eventually I got hold of someone and my order was sent the next day. No explanation of why the delay had occurred. I won’t order again which is a pity as I want the matching jacket”

“My only disappointment would be the amount of time it took to ship the item that gave me every indication that it was in stock I know it says 4-7 days on the site but in this day and age it should be posted the next day”

“The wellies are ok but not the best. Feels like I can feel the ground when I’m walking. The tops strangely wrinkle around my legs. I wouldn’t buy them again.”

“Correct product arrived eventually a couple of weeks after buying and I had to pay a significant sum in customs to get them into Ireland, which hadn’t been clearly pointed out. Won’t be buying from them again. The post in Ireland was quick but they took a long time to process and dispatch the order.”
