“Staff very helpful and sorted out issues. Delivery late with no explanation. AI bot hopeless and imitating. Product fine when it did arrive I note that I am not the only one who has experienced this poor experience so A Farley needs to sort this out. Will not use again as confidence low.”

“I asked for a 34"waist and 30" leg. You sent a 30" waist and 34" leg that I could not get into. It was returned to you and I am still waiting for the correct size to be delivered. You have now informed me that you cannot supply the correct sizing as it is sold out. This is unfortunate as the material, the cut and the finish looked very good.”

“Ordered Dubarry Ultima Boots...great price.....be patient with delivery, your order will get to you!.....had to do an exchange for size reasons....all very smooth and efficient....Ignore other comments about delivery being slow ....it's worth it for the price and savings..and most importantly, good customer service....many thanks Greg”

“Incorrect item sent. I paid extra for next day delivery only to receive the wrong item. I then have had to pay over £9 to return the item. I don’t think I should be charged anything for delivery or return due to the fact the wrong item was dispatched”
