I purchased a pair of Ariat jeans, which ended up being too big. I contacted customer services and Freya responded. She was extremely helpful in organising a return label FOC for me as well as the correct size of jeans. I have now received these and they are perfect. Great customer service from Freya 😊

Making my 84. USD order and purchase was easy enough, however, when a courier delivery constraints made our delivery impossible. My refund process has not been an easy one. Supposedly, I've been refunded 28 USD (which I can't find in my c.c. records) for a 84$ agreement. I won't be using your Company again.

Competitively priced and available in my size. Delivery was late and I hadn’t heard anything, I checked with Royal Mail and they were still waiting for the parcel. I was concerned as the order was required for a holiday, I emailed and the lovely Freya prioritised the delivery and it arrived before we left, so all was well.

Ordered at 10am on 14th not delivered until 23rd so missed my son’s birthday. Really poor service as had phoned more than once to find out what was going on and was promised it was being despatched but wasn’t until the following day. Went with this company rather than a larger company, won’t make that mistake again!

Waited such a long time for the item to be delivered … it was too late for the event O wanted it for. In this day and age it is unacceptable to wait so long when most companies do next day delivery. Customer service are responsive but it’s not much use without the goods

Staff very helpful and sorted out issues. Delivery late with no explanation. AI bot hopeless and imitating. Product fine when it did arrive I note that I am not the only one who has experienced this poor experience so A Farley needs to sort this out. Will not use again as confidence low.
