“Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Freya for your very professional, very speedy and 100% efficient customer service. You were brilliant at resolving my problem and telephoned me at my request. Please keep this type of Service going. The chat bot is a nightmare to have to deal with. Many customers I’m sure would prefer to be able to speak to you personally so if possible, please keep that facility open for those that require it. But above all, thank you so much for such great customer service.”

“Lovely products, my order came very quickly, well packaged as you would expect. Whilst the boots were top quality, unfortunately they were a little large for me so I had to return them, the returns process was simple. Very happy with the whole experience and I’ll be back for more in the future!”

“I would definitely recommend this company to purchase from goods arrived packed beautifully had an issue with item (my fault) but they could not have done enough to sort my issue out which they did so quickly. I will be buying again from them and Freya was just so helpful and replied promptly to my messages 😀”

“I have made 3 orders within a week and they have arrived so quickly! The first one arrived next day!! I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was out of stock from the supplier but the team (Freya in particular) did an amazing job to help me find an alternative and she was super friendly. “The boots are super comfy and look great for gumboots. The only minor issue is one boot feels slightly more roomy than the other which is annoying but I have worn them and hopefully will forget once I get some big thick socks.”

“I must admit, i only bought from A Farley after trying on some ariat boots in a different highstreet store but after they didnt have my size, i headed online and not only found them in stock but cheaper too. I can't fault the service i recieved and the products are brilliant. I'll be using them again in the future.”
